When I walked into the room the rug was filthy and the couch was torn. you could tell the room was not cleaned. when I called the front desk to ask for another room I was told the hotel was booked, which was a lie. it had no microwave in the room and they wanted more money for me to use one. the bed did not have a fitted sheets which showed how the mattress really looked. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE THEY NEED TO CLOSE DOWN.

I wish I knew the casino was closed along with all the shops and restaurants. I would not have stayed here .

Loved the jet tub. Had trash under the sofa . Sofa need to be cleaned. The room attendant was a little to impatient. Other than that stay was lovely

Hotel is dirty and outdated. Entire facility including guest floors reek of cigarette smoke. Carpet dirty and stained. Room looks like something from cheap honeymoon hotel.

We've stayed at the hotel about once a year for the last 6 years so I wasn't expecting much from the room conditions. After our previous stay I was hesitant to stay again since they began doing construction work early in the morning. I decided to give them another shot after seeing online that the rooms had been updated. We obviously did not get one of the updated rooms. The carpet was nasty and littered with toothpicks and trash, the baseboards in the bathroom were rotting, the sheets smelled like bug spray, and the air conditioner vent blew directly at our heads while sleeping. For the same or cheaper prices rooms at the Hollywood, Gold Strike, and Horseshoe are nicer. Despite some good memories at the Roadhouse I will not be staying there again until improvements are made.

We stayed here many times in the past and went this tome for anniversary because of the memories of first time we stayed here. This was our last time staying because of the overall experience. Reserved room was not ready although it was 4’o clock on a Sunday afternoon. They put us in a “remodeled “ room that wasn’t finished being renovated which was not near as beautiful of a room as they were before. One reason for booking is the jet tub but this one needs a new button and looked like it was stained from a long time of use. The room was located next to ice machine and elevators ..so getting a good night sleep was impossible. Walls are too thin unlike we remember from previous stays. Our room keys quit working the day before checkout day. The restaurant was no longer there which was a disappointment because it was very good. There are other places to eat in the other casinos, but very costly and a long walk. We delt with most of these with a grain of salt.. the straw that broke the camel’s back was the resort fee.. yeah .. $15.00 a night seems petty yet it adds up and was not told that it was mandatory until checkout. Years ago this charge was optional because it’s only if u want WiFi fitness room or pool access (btw is in casino across the street) Now they wait til end of your stay to charge you ..”saying it’s on website”. Just would have been nice to know when checking in so that we could have atleast took advantage of the pool..even if we had to walk to other hotel.

The only thing missing is microwave oven and table & chairs.

I rented my daughter a Luxury Suite with a beautiful hot tub for her 21st birthday last week. When they checked in went up to the room.. The Hot Tub Did Not Even Work :-( They were told there were no more rooms for them to switch to. The Hot Tub is the only reason I paid so much for the room. Upset my daughter very bad.

THE HOTEL ROOM HAD HOLES ALL IN THE CARPET... FURNITURE OLD AND SCRATCHED UP. WALL PAPER PEELING OFF WALLS. GUM STUCK ALL ON MIRROR BY JACUZZI TUB. THE WAY THE ROOM WAS I DID NOT ENJOY MY STAY!!!! THEY REALLY NEED TO COME AND REMODEL THOSE ROOMS!!! TRIM AND MOLDING NEEDS REPAINTING... JUST AWFUL!!! I WANTED TO ORDER ROOM SERVICE AND THERE WAS NO MENU OR ANYTHING OF THAT NATURE IN THE ROOM... THE BUTTONS ON THE PHONE WAS GONE...

Only thing the room needs is a microwave! The valley parking was not there like promised! Other than those two very small things it was great! Room was clean and was very nice! I will be staying there again!

I found all employees to be very friendly and helpful... BUT... disappointed to learn on arrival that there is no restaurant in the building. The resort fee on top of the $130 room rate was ridiculous. The hotel is not well kept. Carpet in room was stained, upholstery worn, furniture worn.

My husband and Stayed three days for my birthday and we loved it can't wait return. The people was friendly and awesome food for a great price.

Beautiful Room with Huge Bath; In-room jetted tub and comfy king-size bed! Great experience!

We got an early check in on the 5 th floor at the very end of the hallway which was nice and quiet. Big spacious room, nice and clean, with double sink , jacuzzi tub, large shower, fridge etc. Very friendly people and would recommend staying here. There are 2 other casinos next door in same parking lot so can play, eat and drink at all 3 before heading back to room.

Great rooms, great ladies at check in, best experience , this will be my place to stay.

Good news they allow pets - on first floor. Bad news someone left their dog alone and it barked a lot before Hotel could get them out.

The hotel could not find my confirmed reservation I made through Orbitz which is normally no problem. The hotel was selling out of rooms and only had a few left and I tried for almost an hour to get this fixed through Orbitz. I am extremely dissatisfied with customer service as once you finally navigate the numbers game of dial 1 for this 2 for that and so on I got a gentlemen with a heavy accent that passed me off to someone else I could barely understand and they were supposed to call the hotel and get everything fixed. I waited on hold for 20 minutes and the was cut off. I called back again and was told they could not cancel the reservation although the hotel said I must and and re book or the room would be gone. I waiting to see if I got a requested refund as this was not my fault. I have been a loyal customer for many years and promoted Orbitz but if my refund is not given I will never use them again not for pricing but for horrible customer service set up. Please find someone with English as a first language, I am not racist just don't need another hassle when you already have a problem. And at least give an option to get an operator instead of all the dial 1234 whatever and then if you try to get an operator they cut you off. Shame on you Orbitz!
