I’m very disappointed with my stay. I was incorrectly charged a pet fee for my service animal, which is clearly stated to be exempt based on its own policy. At check-in, I showed the front desk staff my service dog license, yet the staff still insisted on charging the fee. After my stay, I reached out to the hotel to request a refund for this improper charge, but I never received a response or approval, which is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
Additionally, the breakfast was very subpar—very limited options, which was disappointing compared to what’s typically expected.
I would not recommend this hotel.
