Iberostar Tucan All inclusive

We stayed for 12 nights. The location is very good, we swam in the sea almost every day: the bottom is sandy and water was warm. It was good experience to see wild animals walking close to people. The staff is very helpful and polite. The pool is big and has areas for kids and swimmers. Lots of food in the beach-pool area allowed the guests to spend almost whole day at the sea. We liked the theater in the resort: the stage was equipped well and shows looked professional.

Deadhead a large pool which was kept very very clean along with to complete Hotel grounds. It also is very close to the beach. There were activities for adults and children which were very well thought out. The shows were excellent at night.

This is my 4th time in Mexico and by far this is the best resort I have ever stated at. The staff is incredibly helpful. The entertainment team is great and so much fun. They do different games and activities throughout the day and in different areas of the hotel. The food is delicious and always fresh. Speedy check in and check out. The beach is beautiful. The pool is awesome and always clean. Overall the best resort I have experienced in Mexico.

The hotel is lovely, just like the photos! Our family of 4 (kids 18, 16) stayed active with all the fun games offered by the Star Friends group who were always laughing and smiling. There were activities for all ages. The food was by far best all-inclusive food we've ever had and all 3 specialty restaurants we tried were fabulous. Our room was kept immaculate and EVERY staff member we met were helpful and kind!! Trust the good reviews!!! We would HIGHLY recommend this hotel as the best all-inclusive to family and friends.

This hotel went over and beyond to make our stay feel right at home. From getting our room ready before the check in time, to the room being cleaned and I mean clean free of beach sand every time we came back into the room after our day out, the kids club was so wonderful with my daughter, they made her and myself so comfortable. They were able to accommodate myself and my daughter for dinner. We were just extremely happy with this resort and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Went here 2nd year in a row. A few things got worse, nothing got better. Mainly food selection is worse. Taste is about the same and is pretty good. They also are pretty bad at preventing cross-contamination at buffets for highly allergenic foods (e.g. fish, nuts). And they stick nuts into all kinds of places you don't expect (e.g. apple pie and ice cream dessert). Entertainment is sort of boring (daytime and nighttime). They just scream a lot, not much else. Music is loud, during evening shows. No sound insulation whatsoever in the rooms. Their selling point for the shows is that it's a live band and live voice (and indeed a few of the performers have strong voices). But visually and content-wise it's sort of lame. Beds are hard. rooms are small-ish and dated. Everything is clean though. Service is nice (restaurants, bars, room cleaning). They will serve you with a smile even if you don't tip, but you feel bad about not tipping here, everyone is trying very hard (and unlike some other all-inclusives, they do a good job). So leave a dollar here and there. I'd say service, food quality (for an all-inclusive) and great beach location are enough reasons to come back.

I would go back to Iberostar Tucan in a heartbeat! Great facilities, great drinks, good food, great beach, great pool, good shows, great staff. Convenient snorkeling trip with Dressel Divers right from our beach. Short taxi ride to town. If you don't like this place, then you are just way too picky!

The staff was amazing and always helpful! Rooms were clean and had the little "extras" you may need or forgot. A beautiful clean pool and ocean were only feet away!

The resort was very nice and staff very friendly. The jungle was a nice addition. The specialty resturants were really good.

We have stayed here 3 times and can't wait to come back again. We like the location, pool, beach, jungle with all of the wildlife to watch, drinks, food, activities available, and service.

The best value for money resort. Not as fancy as some other all-inclusive but overall is very nice. The food is better than most high end resorts. Activities are so-so. The only problem, if you have teens, there is no teen club.

Spring Break with teenagers was our mission. The hotel was very clean with a very friendly and helpful staff. The grounds were well taken care of with a virtual zoo of friendly wildlife. Clean pool, attentive staff. Entertainment good. Food choices ok. As usual in all inclusive they tend to keep you out of the speciality restaurants with lame excuses. I don't understand this. Overall a good experience.

Excellent location on gorgeous beach! Fun, friendly activities staff. Dinner restaurants requiring reservations were awesome, especially the hibachi. Natural setting with path and variety of animals added to the fun. Only downside was a musty odor in our room.

The staff was so friendly and entire resort was impeccably well kept; the entertainment was fantastic! We went with an 18 month old and never felt like she shouldn't be with us. There was plenty for her to do as well as things for the adults, just within reach of her. The daily activities were plentiful and fun for everyone! We never felt pressured to do anything.

Friendly, helpful, efficient staff. Great food and meal times, almost always serving. We never seemed to have to wait for anything, even though it was a busy Christmas week. And the dining halls were never crowded. Beautiful grounds, pretty jungle walk to the super clean beach. So much to do on and off resort. Always a beach volleyball game going on, everyone welcome to join.

Great service, great food, fun kids activities!!!! Very friendly and helpful staff!!! I will come back!!!

First bite into seafood salad without ice underneath was spoiled food . Not a good start.however steakhouse and Italian restaurants were good. Check in took almost 40 minutes. Asking for a room upgrade took another 20 minutes to figure out. Most beach chairs had black mildew on them. Some you did not want to sit on at all.restaurants that were supposedly reserved in full had a lot of empty tables. High pressure club membership pitch. Prices were from 23 k to 50 k to join. Great pool area.no problem with those chairs.

Todo impecable, muy buena atención y calidad, excelente ubicación

We stayed five days, enjoyed the food, pools, ocean, service and the amenities. We came in a group of fourteen , all had a wonderful time....only one hickcup.....made reservations for transportation to the airport the night before leaving at service desk in building 6443 they did not show up...had to have lobby desk request another ride for us.....Over all this was a five star vacation.....
