We spent 4 days with my wife and two kids, the hotel has all the possible activities for the family: beach, pool, water slides and have a great indoor facility with bowling, trampolines and others. My kids loved it. Food was great, they have many options and great quality. We didn’t drink that much but they offer great variety of liquor. I’ll definitely come back again, first time on this hotel chain. Rooms are outdated but it looks like they are going to start some renovations. I had the VIP access but nobody told me so not sure what we’ve missed

Stayed here 8 years ago, loved it. EXTREMELY disappointed this time. Place is completely run down, mold in the air vents in restaurants. WORST part is the restaurant reservation “system”. Stayed in MANY all inclusive in Mayan Riviera and this is a joke. Going to send a formal letter to the CEO of Hard Rock, not that it’ll help but he should know. Apparently one in Cancun is quite nice.

Loved the hotel. So many things to do with kids. The beach is THE BEST! The food was good, many options. The water park had a lot of closed slides which was a bummer! Enjoyed the kids area with rock climbing, obstacle course, bowling and trampolines.

All services, food, rooms, more than great. Room service can be better, room tables were not working properly, It take too long to get our calls aswered, no clear instructions to call different services. Overall it was a wonderful experience

The hallways during each night were very noisy. No staff was around to remind people to quiet down in the middle of the night. Frustrating. Also, before 8am, every poolside and beach chair had been claimed by towels. At other resorts, after one hour of no one showing up, towels were removed from chairs. Staff everywhere were exceeding friendly and helpful.

After reading a few bad reviews I was a bit worried about the room conditions. But our room was great. AC worked really well and everything was clean and spotless. They are doing a lot of renovations and updating but you literally are never bothered by it. Staff are really great. And management takes guest safety very seriously. Zero tolerance for unsafe behaviour. We had an amazing time.

Excelente opción all inclusive

El hotel es muy grande y bonito, se empieza a ver un poco viejo pero ya lo están remodelando, en general, la comida y la bebida es buena, el servicio y atención de parte del staff podría mejorar, así como tener más carritos para transportar a la gente de un edificio a otro, los tiempos de espera son muy largo en especial por la noche.
