The buffet was the same for 9 days except for one day that they added pasta. We have to leave the resort to eat many times because it was the same every day.

Pure sargazo, entire resort smelled of the toxic rotting piles, can’t go in lagoon water. Cheap food, cheap liquor, hasn’t been updated for decades. No thanks

The rooms are a bit outdated and somewhat worn in places, but they were cleaned well every day. Staff was friendly, though sometimes they forgot to replace the bottled water. Overall, still a pleasant stay with a nice atmosphere.

The staff was very courteous, the grounds are very nice, lots of pools, swim up bars etc., there’s a club on the compound which is great, you don’t need to go anywhere and the food was delicious, the rooms can do with some updating but a vacation need not be spent in a room

This place was great! Honestly, we read the bad reviews of this place too, and I would fully defend against them and/or didn’t agree with them at all. I would say the negative ones say more about the reviewer than the resort. The room was perfect for what we needed, and the staff was professional, hardworking, and sweet. The food and drinks were very good, and the nightly entertainment you’d be lucky to see! I will recommend this place, and come back some day for sure!
