Everything was great except the $29 to park my car. After $210 a night an extra $29 to park is weak. I parked on a street next to the hotel for free. I was super glad the next day my car was still there.

I had my family stay here for two weeks and it was very comfortable and inviting. I appreciated the breakfast offered every morning, the helpfulness of the staff any time we needed anything and the proximity to restaurants and downtown. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone who needs a home base for a weekend or longer.

We were a little disappointed that everything was under construction while we were there, and then we had to pay for valet parking. The parking fee may be normal, but the construction was an inconvenience. Other than that, the room was nice and staff professional. If we were in the area again, we would gladly stay here again.

The room didn’t seem ready when we arrived. The Staff that checked, the fan was rude. The ironing board was broken, there was no toilet paper in the restroom, and when I called to ask for some after I called for the ironing board, she seemed irritated by my multiple calls And then the next morning when I wanted to take a shower, I found out there was no shampoo in your shampoo dispensers so no it was not a great stay. I checked out a day early, at minimum they could have not charged me parking but refused that

The various staff members that we encountered were all very easy going and courteous, they quickly resolved every question and made the check in/out process easy. The room was very spacious, refrigerator was a perfect size, plenty of drawer space, bed linen was clean, comforter was a nice touch, bathroom was huge but could have used towel hooks, plenty of light fixtures but some did not work consistently, lobby had fun games and invited guests to relax, the breakfast bar was well stocked with plenty of options and tasted great, felt very good about the security measures in place, parking was offsite and to top it all off they had Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf for the brew! Overall a good place to stay.
