The one family house has a panoramic location in the Riparbella community, only 11 km from the beaches of the Etruscan coast. The large property is partially covered by olive trees. The garden that surrounds the house is well kept and you can enjoy the wonderful view upon the sea. You will be enthusiastic about the 75 m² large house for 4 people. It was renovated 2 years ago. We tried to preserve as many elements of the typical Tuscan structure as possible, such as: the terra cotta floors, the beam ceiling and the stone facade. From the 20 m² large terrace you can get directly into the eat-in kitchen, which is directly connected with the living room. The walled kitchenette has a dish washer. The comfortable lounge in the living area invites you to enjoy yourself by the fireplace. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds. There is a large bathroom with shower and WC/bidet, and a guests’ bathroom.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.

ein Paradies für Naturfreunde

Es war ein großartiger Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Es war alles da und dank der Waschmaschine hätten wir garnicht so viele Sachen mitnehmen müssen. Daniela die Vermieterin war extrem hilfsbereit und dank Ihrer Erreichbarkeit konnten wir im Vorfeld die wesentlichen Fragen abklären. Unser Hund fand es auch toll und obwohl das Grundstück nicht komplett eingezäunt ist, gab es keinerlei Probleme. Im Gegenteil der Bauer ist sehr nett wenn er mal in der Nähe des Hauses arbeitet. Im Urlaub kein Problem. Sehr zu empfehlen für Naturliebhaber die es nicht stört mit dem Auto zu fahren für den täglichen Bedarf und Unterhaltung. Die Entfernung von Cecina haben wir geschätzt. Der Blick auf das Meer und gefühlte Alleinlage sind einfach unbezahlbar.

Familienferien

Ein wunderschönes freistehendes Haus mit super Pool. Es hat alles was man braucht um sich zu erholen. In der nähe hat es einige Hunde welche ab und zu vorbeischauen und in der Nacht etwas bellen, dies störte uns aber überhaupt nicht, da man ansonsten völlig alleine ist. Die Nächte werden heiss da es keine Klimaanlage hat. Wir haben uns mit einem Ventilator geholfen. Würde sofort ein zweites mal gehen.

Traumhafte Lage und super Betreuung

Wir waren 14 Tage in dem Haus. Die Lage, die Ausstattung, der Pool und die Abwicklung waren wirklich super. Die Zufahrt geht ca. 3 km über Asphalt bzw. Betonstrasse und die letzten 800 m sind Schotter. Wir nirmslem Kombi gut zu schaffen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist wirklich Traumhaft, die Ausstattung innen ist zweckmäßig. Der Eigentümer Massimo ist super nett, spricht jedoch nur wenig englisch und kein deutsch. Das Schmuckstück an dem Objekt ist sicherlich der Pool. Das Meer ist ca. 25 minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wie beschrieben ist das Grundstück nicht eingezäunt. Es liegt auch mitten zwischen Olivenplantagen und anderen Wohnhäusern der einheimischen Bauern. Es gibt also immer mal wieder landwirtschaftliche Geräusche und der Nachbarsjunge fährt Samstags gerne Motocross. Im Umkreis sind sehr viele Hüte- & Wachhunde welche frei auf den Grundstücken umherlaufen. Manchmal steht auch mal einer davon auf der Terrasse oder liegt neben dem Pool. Angst vor großen Hunden sollte man also nicht haben und sicher sein dass der eigene Hund gut sozialisiert ist. Leider haben die Hunde während unseres Aufenthalts auch fast immer die ganze Nacht durchgehend gebellt, teilweise auch sehr nah am Haus. Vollständige Ruhe hatten wir daher leider nur ganz selten, was das Erlebnis dort für uns etwas getrübt hat. Mit dem Auto ist man in 15 min. an verschiedenen Restaurants und in 25 min. in diversen Einksufsmöglichkeiten der näheren Umgebung. Tolles Haus, toller Pool, netter Kontakt.

Idylle Pur

Das Haus ist wirklich eine Reise wert. Es liegt hoch oben und die Zufahrt ist am Anfang ein kleines Abenteuer. Es führen zwei Wege zum Haus, der eine ist angenehmer zu fahren. Hat uns aber nicht im geringsten gestört, da man wirklich für sich sein kann und die Ruhe genießt.Wir sind als Familie mit 2 Teenagern (14 &17) gereist, auch Sie haben es genossen, wenn man mehr Trubel möchte, dann ist dieses Haus eher nichts, denn Fußläufig ist es schon ein Stück zu laufen nach Riparbella oder Cecina ( Meer) , Bus oder Auto ist zu empfehlen. Das Haus hat alles was es verspricht und natürlich der Pool ist einfach klasse.Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur oder auch dem Vermieter waren super. Haben uns gut erholt und würden jederzeit wieder dort hinfahren. Idylle Pur!!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der toskanischen Natur

Tolles Haus mit eigenem Pool in den Olivenhainen der Toskana und Meerblick. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber alles notwendige vorhanden. Sehr ruhige Lage. Strände in 30 Minuten Fahrzeit gut erreichbar. Größere Supermärkte in 20 Min. Fahrzeit, kleinere Dinge in den umliegenden Möglichkeiten, ebenso Restaurants. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Wer die Ruhe in der schönen Natur genießen will ist hier genau richtig!

Herrlicher Urlaub in Riparbella

Unsere zwei Wochen in diesem Haus hat alle Wünsche erfüllt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Auch der Pool war sehr gepflegt. Das Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt, sodass uns die Hunde aus der Nachbarschaft manchmal besuchten. Auf der Zufahrt zum Haus waren wir froh, dass wir ein Auto mit mehr Bodenfreiheit hatten. Die herrliche Landschaft mit Blick aufs Meer und die Ruhe machten unseren Urlaub sehr erholsam.

traumhafter Ort und Ferienhaus

Der Eindruck vor Ort, Aussicht und auch das Ferienhaus mit Pool übertrifft die online Bilder. :-) Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Für die Anfahrt über Schotterpiste bergauf und bergab sollte man sich etwas Zeit einplanen, wobei sich dabei auch die schöne Landschaft bestaunen lässt. ;-) Die Ansprechpartnerin der Agentur vor Ort ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, zuverlässig und kompetent. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Traumhaft schön

Wir eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern und Hund waren diesen Sommer zwei Wochen in dieser wirklich schönen Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist optimal, man findet hier Ruhe aber auch innerhalb von 20 Minuten die Möglichkeit am Meer oder in Cecina zu sein. Das Ferienhause liegt genauso wie beschrieben in der Nähe von Riparbella, hier kann man auch Abends lecker essen gehen, wenn man keine Lust hat im Ferienhaus zu kochen. Das Ferienhaus selber ist mit allem bestückt was man braucht, unsere Kinder haben den Salzwasserpool fast jeden Tag benutzt und waren begeistert. Die Sicht ist tagsüber und auch abends wunderschön, man kann das mehr von der Terrasse aus sehen. Die Besitzer des Hauses, sowie das Vermittlungsbūro sind sehr freundlich und haben das ganze noch abgerundet. Wir werden bestimmt einmal wieder kommen.. Superschöner Urlaub

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits vom Dorf, ist aber trotzdem gut zu erreichen. Der Anfahrtsweg ist teilweise sehr holprig aber machbar. Das Haus ist klein und sehr gemütlich. Der neue Pool und der grosse Garten laden zum Baden und Spielen ein. Die Aussicht auf Cecina und das Meer ist einfach super. Bei schönem und klarem Wetter kann man sogar Korsika sehen. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Toskana verbracht !

Super erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben Urlaub mit 3 Kindern und einem Hund gemacht. Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben, gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Der Ausblick vom Garten war super schön. Der neue Pool ist sehr schön angelegt. Es war ein super Urlaub. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Fast wie erwartet

Toskana ist wunderschön. Das Haus hat alles was in der Beschreibung versprochen wird. Die Zufahrt ist bei schlechtem Wetter und im Dunkeln ein Abenteuer. Allerdings, die versprochen Ruhe, die ist relativ. Man kann in aller Ruhe den Nachbarssohn beim Motorcross-Übung zuschauen (und zuhören), man kann in aller Ruhe den Nachbarn beim Traktorfahren, Rasenmähen, Bäume fällen usw. zuschauen, zuhören (und beim günstigen Wind, auch riechen). Man hat zwar Verständnis für diese Tätigkeiten, aber das hätte ich Zuhause auch. Wir wollten mehr Ruhe. Das hat leider nicht ganz geklappt.

Gepflegtes Haus mit herrlicher Aussicht

Das Haus und seine Umgebung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Terrasse bietet einen wunderbaren Blick übers Meer. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die Zugangsstrasse (die diese Bezeichnung kaum verdient). Da braucht es schon einen Geländewagen. Für uns ein Grund, dieses Haus nicht mehr zu buchen, und Grund für nur 3 Sterne.

Ein kleines Paradies

Das Haus ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und es herrscht absolute Stille. Bei klarer Sicht kann man die Umrisse der Insel Korsika entdecken. Auch für Hunde bietet der Garten einen Ort zum rumtollen. Ein Wohlfühloase rundum!
