Staff tried their best to accommodate us. They should be commended. Specialty restaurants’ food quality needed to be improved.Quality of food and desserts could be improved. No variety between Sheraton Room and buffet food. Shower leaked.

Came here family with 2 children for a vacation. The lobby needs many updates: painting, interior decoration, worn-out furniture. You feel like you are at the cheap hotel and not at the resort. Beautiful endless beach and ocean, friendly staff BUT there is no sports activities included like in other resorts. Jet ski and banana ride but you have to pay for it. The jacuzzi and the pools close at 6:30 pm. There is no swimming in the ocean allowed after 5 pm. The security guard whistles you out of water. The entertainment shows need improvement. Every night the same group of 3 dancers perform on a small stage. Does my family with children enjoy? NO

Nice beach, pools and a huge resort with an incredible view from the room.

Everything was great and the staff was very friendly. Very limited on restaurants choices. If you want to eat anywhere besides the buffet you must make a reservation and they cost extra. The rooms were nice. There’s lots of mosquitoes so bring bug spray. Had to kill a few bugs in the room as well. Besides that it’s a beautiful property. More 3 stars rather than 4 but we had a great time.

Food was very good, the lunch buffet had tuna fillets cooked to order. Only thing that wasn’t so good is the loud music at the beach. Not so good for a family with small children.

This hotel have the best staff in the beach area in Panama

The beach is behind the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was ok

fine and very clean and friedly staff. near the beach, pools are very clean and tidy.

very loud music most of the day if you get an ocean view room, room not so clean mold on the drapes, mold all over bathroom. Staff only speak spanish mostly. Very sad that Sheraton still has their name attach to this facility, definitely not Sheraton standard of services and expectation.

Great Resort... disregard bad reviews...the only negatives is the pool snack bar could have more choices and the Hibachi was okay.. Los Olivos-meditteranean and the buffet are 5 stars.....get the suite with Sheraton club access...the club access is an awesome oceanfront suite room key access with cocktails and appetizers/desserts....amazing

My family and I stayed one evening. Check-in was smooth but everything else was lacking. Our food was limited to the buffet because we were with our 9-month daughter, which was understandable, but the buffet food was generally terrible, not to mention, we found a piece of hair in our chicken. We won’t stay here again and we will advise others to do the same.

I have nothing more to say . The quality of the food is not good . The meat served for dinner that day was hard like a rock .

Very pleasant stay! Staff at kids club was very pleasant, so was the staff at the lobby, they were very accommodating and helpful. Hotel was clean, but can use some upkeep the swim up bar looked a little rundown, some areas of the pool were a bit dull. It was really wear and tear. We did have a very pleasant time! I wish that they provided more entertainment as in every night.

Great experience I recomend this hotel I will be back soon

Rooms looked cheap, hotel outside was nice, jacuzzi was cold, pool closed at 7, no music at bars, boring environment, food selection was cheap and restaurants were limited to one dish. Staff was nice but amenities were poor.

We just spent 2 nights at the resort. We got a junior suite on the ground level, with direct access to the beach. We were greeted by Yolanda, at the front desk, who was very polite and efficient to get us accommodated as we arrived a bit late. The room: very clean, had a safe, a mini fridge, and a coffee maker. The bedding was ok, except for the pillows. They were very flat. If you like firmer pillows bring your own, or request some extra. We had 2 pillows on top of each other, and still they were too thin. As for the food, you won't go hungry for sure: they serve meals 3 times a day, plus a pool restaurant had some burgers, rice, salad, fruits. The parties are a bit loud at night, so you may want to request a room away from the disco. Our kid used their Kids' Club last time, this time - no though. But the area is big enough and well stocked. Overall, our experience was quite positive. We were very happy to get some perks as an upgrade to a suite with a private terrace. I guess I would recommend to stay no more than 3-4 days here, as the grounds are not that big, but you have lots of beach in front to enjoy, and enough swimming pools.

The hotel staff is fabulous, the pianist in the main lobby bar is fantastic, the sorroundings are very nice. That is it. The food and drinks the worst you will ever have, the beach chairs are all torn and no staff to assist. A rippoff extremely expensive for a low budget hotel which disgracefully carries the name Sheraton, a synonim of quality and excellence, but not here.
