Very pleasant stay! Staff at kids club was very pleasant, so was the staff at the lobby, they were very accommodating and helpful. Hotel was clean, but can use some upkeep the swim up bar looked a little rundown, some areas of the pool were a bit dull. It was really wear and tear. We did have a very pleasant time! I wish that they provided more entertainment as in every night.

Great experience I recomend this hotel I will be back soon

Rooms looked cheap, hotel outside was nice, jacuzzi was cold, pool closed at 7, no music at bars, boring environment, food selection was cheap and restaurants were limited to one dish. Staff was nice but amenities were poor.

We just spent 2 nights at the resort. We got a junior suite on the ground level, with direct access to the beach. We were greeted by Yolanda, at the front desk, who was very polite and efficient to get us accommodated as we arrived a bit late. The room: very clean, had a safe, a mini fridge, and a coffee maker. The bedding was ok, except for the pillows. They were very flat. If you like firmer pillows bring your own, or request some extra. We had 2 pillows on top of each other, and still they were too thin. As for the food, you won't go hungry for sure: they serve meals 3 times a day, plus a pool restaurant had some burgers, rice, salad, fruits. The parties are a bit loud at night, so you may want to request a room away from the disco. Our kid used their Kids' Club last time, this time - no though. But the area is big enough and well stocked. Overall, our experience was quite positive. We were very happy to get some perks as an upgrade to a suite with a private terrace. I guess I would recommend to stay no more than 3-4 days here, as the grounds are not that big, but you have lots of beach in front to enjoy, and enough swimming pools.

The hotel staff is fabulous, the pianist in the main lobby bar is fantastic, the sorroundings are very nice. That is it. The food and drinks the worst you will ever have, the beach chairs are all torn and no staff to assist. A rippoff extremely expensive for a low budget hotel which disgracefully carries the name Sheraton, a synonim of quality and excellence, but not here.

Very nice hotel, all inclusive with an acceptable staff, good food and very clean facilities.

My husband and I traveled here in February of 2015. We had an amazing time. This hotel was immediately accommodating and upgraded us to an ocean view room when unexpected construction had to occur right in front of our room door. Free WiFi was accessible all over the resort including on the beach. We love Latin cuisine so we thought the food was pretty good nice variety at the buffet. The restaurants were tasty as well. We did venture off and had an awesome tour that lasted all day and included eating at a local restaurant and visiting the Embera Village. I can't say enough about this trip and this resort!!

Is very nice just need some more time at the pool and at the bar opening to late.

The service was not really that great but we got a really good deal so that didn't bother us... Resort is very clean and they try their best to keep you entertained... If you get a good deal i would def recommend going

Great hotel and facilities. Also great food and rooms were clean and neat. Customer service was great and comfortable place to be. Kid activities and shows were also great...sure will recommend this hotel to any ffriend.

Was a good choice to celebrate my birthday with my Husband and my little grandaughter at Sheraton Bijao. All was OK good room and a wonderfull dinner. I need to go again more days.

The location of the resort is not near anything.....as with any resort, some of the staff is not friendly. They don't provide wash cloths and towels daily (just like most all inclusive resots). The restaurants are ok and you must wake up early in the morning to reserve a table for one of the two restaurants. The beach is so so. Nothing to write home about. Overall, the staff could make the stay better if they had better customer service skills.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff. We have a great time , like the option with the kid's club , an pool for adult an kids .

Good family vacation spot. Our daughter of 5 years really enjoyed the water slides, pools and nice beach. My wife and I did as well. The food was excellent, especially the Japaneese restaurant. The room was nice and clean. The staff was nice and very helpful. The only negative thing we have to say is about the noise at night during the entertainment area. Our room was on the 7th floor of the main building but this will not stop us from going again. However, we will try to stay in the section directly in front of the beach.

spent 2 nights here with family, our first impressions were great; the gardens and pool area are beautifully maintained and clean. The beach is spectacular and the hotel is in a much nicer area than Playa Blanca resort or the Decameron - as for the hotel itself, it was OK but nothing special, the standard buffet fare and cheap drinks typical of an all-inclusive. The rooms are somewhat run down, but clean enough and the bed was comfortable. We stayed during the off season and the rates were good and the hotel was only half full. ....I would not pay top rates to stay here as it is very average at best and can imagine that during high season/school holidays the place would be extrememly overcrowded .

Beautiful resort with great location. Good for families with children. Lots of programs, activities. Very friendly, and helpful staff.

It is a nice area, but hotel is old and rooms are not that clean. Specially the bathroom. Pool area is nice for the kids. Food is just ok, but service in the dining room, is very poor. We will try different hotels before thinking on coming back.

Unpleasant, I guess I was expecting a much better staff

This hotel was terrible. Some customer service was ok most was not ! I will never go back! The food was awful Thank God for the new executive chef Jose Rodriquez. We had bacon on most mornings . That was the best part of the whole trip.

i am 64 and this was the absolute worst vacation & experience i have ever had
