Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and most of the people who worked there were very kind and helpful. The location was great. I believe I got a "city view" room, which turned out to be an alley. The pool is small but nice and clean. I'd recommend this location. I do wish the staff were more diverse.

Great location. Well equipped. Best of all it was heavy rain and we were soaked on our return to get our luggage and head to the airport. They offered a hospitality suite for a quick shower and change. Couldn’t have been a better choice.

I love everything about this hotel -- from the courteous, knowledgeable, friendly staff, to the rooftop bar and their restaurants! I didn't have an ocean view but it didn't matter. I just went to the top swimming pool, and/or walked out the front door. I will stay here always!

Definitely get the superior executive room - stunning views of Copacabana, large room. Nice gym with Christ view and pool very quiet on the roof in the morning with great cappucino and coffee from the bar.
