Quarto bolorento

Foi somente um pernoite com minha esposa a caminho de Buzios. Cheguei ao hotel as 23:00 horas, nao havia porteiro, somente abertura remota da recepçao. O quarto era abafado, sem janelas e com a roupa de cama cheirando a bolor. O ar condicionado aepsar de ser split era muito baruhento, nao dava pra usar. O cafe da manhá fica em um lugar muito agradavel, sob as arvores, mas tudo cheio de folhas. Acho que uma varreção diária faria muito bem, além de mais animaçao da cozinheira, que parecia mais interessada no seu smartphone do que a atender aos hospedes. Pra fechar com chave de ouro, chego no carro e descubro que a area é de estacionamento regulamentado a partir das 07:00(o hotel não conta com estacionamento).

Estadia muito boa. O hotel fica muito bem localizado em Icaraí e tem um atendimento excelente. Café da manhã servido no quarto dentro das precauções de saúde impostas pela Pandemia. Hotel muito limpo e agradável, camas grandes e confortáveis, banheiro do quarto pequeno porém completo. Recomendo.

Pousada do sossego

A pousada e um lugar aconchegante. A localização e perfeita. Estando ao lado de um supermercado e padaria e próximo à praia de Icarai. No momento não estão servindo café da manhã. O único problema são as escadas. Mas a pousada oferece cozinha compartilhado. Ferro de passar roupas.

Péssima estadia, pior experiência.

Péssima estádia, apesar da boa localização o hotel (achavamos que era um hotel mais era uma pousada) não possuia estacionamento tivemos que deixar o carro na rua e tivemos que dar a volta na rua 3 vezes até encontrar o local pois o mesmo não possui nenhuma placa de localização. Fomos acordados as 7:00 da manhã de domingo com uma obra no toldo embaixo da janela do quarto . Sinalizei a portaria mais nada foi feito. Café da manhã com poucas opções e servido na parte externa da pousada com necessidade de subir 3 vãos de escada (péssimo para pessoa com dificuldade de mobilidade) , não tem serviço para subir a mala no hotel e tivemos que subir com a mala nas escadas. Foi uma das piores experiências que tive em hoteis na hoteis.com . Não descansamos e pelo valor de 200 reais poderiamos ter reservado um hotel com melhores condições e ele não deveria ser considerado na categoria que está. A limpeza dos banheiros também não é a das melhores (lodo nos azulejos) Pior hotel com certeza. Chego a considerar que jogamos dinheiro fora. Muito insatisfeita.

O hotel é muito bom, quarto confortável e localização excelente. Único porém, na minha opinião, é o café da manha. Poucas opções e espaço muito limitado.
