It's only 250 meters to the North Sea from this beautiful vacation home, which is located in a quiet area in a cottage area a few km from Søndervig. From the house and the terrace you can enjoy the view of the dune landscape under the shelter of the pines and spruces. The house is completely modern and furnished everywhere with contemporary furniture. The bright living room, the central room in the house, will be your meeting place. Of course, the cottage has a whirlpool and sauna. There is also a TV in each bedroom. A tastefully decorated house that is beautiful in all seasons.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist wirklich gemütlich eingerichtet.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist wirklich gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist super, alles was man braucht reichlich vorhanden, die Geräte top. Die Schlafkammern sind zwar klein, die Betten aber bequem. Und wir drei Erwachsene hatten genug Platz. Nicht so toll sind die beiden Duschen, die regelmäßig für "Land unter" sorgen. Da sollte wirklich Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Positiv ist, dass es inzwischen einen Wäscheständer gibt. Dass der Bäcker in 5 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen ist fanden wir klasse, die Backwaren lecker. Getrübt wurde unser Urlaub durch die Bauarbeiten (Sandanspülungen) an unserem Strandabschnitt - dafür kann aber weder das Haus noch Novasol etwas, und die Arbeiten sind halt notwendig. Eine Info darüber wäre gut gewesen. Wir würden das Haus aber jederzeit wieder buchen und können es weiterempfehlen.

Die Lichtdurchflutung des Hauses, wie auf den Angebots-Fotos dargestellt, entsprach nicht der Realität. Das Haus und die Einrichtung sowie die Außnbestuhlung waren sehr gut bis gut. Die Nähe zum Strand war sehr angenehm.Der Grill war nicht nutzbar, verbraucht, desolat und verschmutzt.Die Außengestaltung des Grundstücks sowie die Terrasse wirkten auf uns lieblos und vernachlässigt. Der Baumbestand benötigt dringend eine professionelle Hand.Schlechter Schnitt und viel Todholz umgab uns. Daher wirkte das Grundstück auf uns ungepflegt. Ein Baum bedrängte und touchierte bei kräftigen Wind das Dach.

Haus Top.

Haus Top. Lage Top. Ausstattung Top.Einzig die Sauna ist zu klein, maximal 1 Person und die muss schon spaß am ungemütlichen sitzen nur vorne auf der Bankkante haben. Und die Klobrillen scheinen von der Gemütlichkeit her aus dem Guantanamoauflösungflohmarkt zu sein.
