Perfektes Appartment für Urlaub mit Kleinkinder

Das Appartment hat für uns sehr gut gepasst. Highlights: Die größe des Appartments, die Aussicht auf dem Meer und die komplett ausgestattete Küche (sogar inkl Waschmaschine und Waschmittel). Die Lage direkt neben dem Strand und eine Strandbar mit Spielplatz und aber auch daneben ein Restaurant mit einem anderen Spielplatz war für uns mit zwei Kindern im Alter von 5 und 3 optimal. Auch die Abendanimation in direkter Umgebung hat denen eine Woche lang begeistern können. Auch zur Altstadt Rimini ist es nicht weit. Mit dem Touristenzug oder Bus die gleich in der Nähe anhalten ist man gleich dort. Empfehlenswert!

Super séjour

L’emplacement est idéal pour passer des vacances en famille avec la plage et les commerces à proximité. L’appartement est parfait avec tout le confort nécessaire (clim,cuisine équipée...), la propriétaire est également très accueillante et disponible. Bref nous avons passé de super vacances dans un cadre idyllique.

Vacanza Perfetta!

Vacanza perfetta, appartamento nuovo con tutto il necessario, posizione bellissima con vista mare! E anche la spiaggia con il bar/ ristorantino sono comodissimi e proprio vicini all'appartamento. Annalisa è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima e ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Sicuramente è un posto che consiglieremo.

Wundervolle Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick

Wir waren im August zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung zu Gast. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von der tollen Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade und dem Ausblick auf das Meer. In der Nähe gibt es eine Apotheke und Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Rimini Zentrum ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen. Vielen Dank an Annalisa, die uns herzlich empfangen und mit allen wichtigen Informationen versorgt hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Davvero bello.

Sono andata in vacanza in questo alloggio con mio marito e i miei tre figli e la vacanza ha rispecchiato in pieno le aspettative. L'alloggio corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione. È stato ristrutturato di recente con molta cura e al suo interno vi è tutto ciò che serve per una vacanza all'insegna della comodità e della praticità. Gli ambienti sono puliti e confortevoli e le dotazioni in uso sono mediamente superiori a quelle che si trovano di solito nelle case in affitto. Il wii-fi funziona benissimo. La posizione dell'alloggio consente di essere comodi per qualsiasi tipo di attività: spiaggia sotto casa, bella passeggiata per la sera, negozi supermercati e farmacie raggiungibili a piedi. Vicinissimo ai parchi tematici e a graziosissimi paesini dell'entroterra che vale la pena visitare. Anche se la sera la strada sotto all'alloggio diventa pedonale, i rumori non sono assolutamente eccessivi e soprattutto, essendo una zona per famiglie, le attività serali cessano abbastanza presto.

War Klasse... sehr heiss...geile Wohnung!

Wir waren mit 2 Kleinkindern. Es war super. Die Kids konnten rum laufen und waren die ganze Zeit fasziniert vom Blick auf das Meer. Sonnenaufgang konnte man aus dem Bett bewundern. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und man fühlte sich sehr Wohl. Ist nee Eckwohnug mit grossen Balkon begehbar von allen Seiten. Direkt an der Promenade. Spielplatz, Meer und die Bar 2 min. Zu Fuss. Am Meer hat man ein festen Liegeplatz und hat daher nie stress kein Platz zu bekommen. Das einzige Manko, der Kühlschrank ist klein und es hat keine Klima. Was fehlt wären Weingläser und ein Sauger. Wir kommen wieder. Danke schön für die tolle Wohnug.

Fantastisch

Wir waren Anfang Juli mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern in dieser herrlichen Ferienwohnung zu Gast, die mit allem ausgestattet ist was man benötigt. Alle Möbel sind neu und die Zimmer sind frisch renoviert. Einfach perfekt um einen wundervollen Urlaub mit Ausblick auf das Meer genießen zu können. Ein Großes Lob und Dankeschön gilt Annalisa, die uns alle herzlich empfangen hat und mit allen nötigen Wissen versorgte. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Come sentirsi a casa!

Appartamento straordinario, dove la semplicità e freschezza è la vera straordinarietà. Arredi ed elettrodomestici nuovi, luminoso, profumato. Completo di ogni confort e non solo (dalla wifi alla cesta dei giochi per il mare..), arricchito di quei piccoli dettagli che "fanno davvero casa". Intimo ed accogliente. Molto pratico e comodo. La location, unica: fronte mare, in spiaggia ultra-attrezzata; passeggiata piacevole, non caotica né rumorosa, ma colorata di negozi e locali per ogni tipo e gusto. Insomma, consigliatissimo: appartamento e location ideali per famiglie con bambini, ma anche per giovani coppie e amici, o per coppie meno giovani che cercano praticità, semplicità e comodità. Proprietari affidabili, gentili, cortesi, disponibili. Nulla di più da chiedere. Ci torneremo sicuramente. A presto!

Soggiorno Perfetto!

Soggiorno Perfetto! Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dall' appartamento, tutto è completamente rinnovato, compreso lo stabile... tant' è che sul retro stanno ancora completando la tinteggiatura. L'interno è delizioso, arredi curati nei minimi dettagli e tutto completamente nuovo: letti, bagno, cucina, pavimenti... persino i termosifoni! L'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort e la vista mare è stupenda: basta attraversare la strada per mettere i piedi sulla sabbia. Nei pressi della casa si trovano tutti i servizi di cui si può aver bisogno, dal market al fotografo! Proprietari disponibili, gentili e attenti a tutti i dettagli per consentire un soggiorno davvero all'insegna del benessere. Torneremo senz' altro anche in alta stagione, per goderci ancora il bel sole sulla spiaggia di Rimini.
