Standard hotel. Check- in not the most friendly I experienced recently. Clean rooms. Bath room a bit small. Breakfast sufficient but could be improved. Interesting is the quality of the dinner which I could recommend.

Scandic Riihimäki was a good experience The room was well located, the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The room was neat, the service was friendly, the receptionist was really pleasant, the breakfast was good, the morning sauna and the gym was a nice addition, i would recommend it

Stayed in Scandic Riihimäki for a night with husband and two of our dogs. I requested a room away from elevator and thats what we got. Dogs got a little treat and bowls to use for water&food. Our room was tidy but needed to be renovated - badly. Beds were in poor condition and that's why our night wasn't that pleasant. Breakfast was excellent and staff kind and pleasant.

Its a nice cozy hotel in a small town. Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Sufficient Parking places, Close to all facilities. If you are in Riihimaki, this is a really good option. If for some reason we are in Riihimaki again, we will stay here

Room is very comfortable, clean and quiet. Service is excellent! The hotel restaurant was not open yet but they did lunch for us, so we saved time before our departure for the party. Everything is very nice and easy and we joy our stay very much.

Nice hotel and good service. Free parking in the back yard. Breakfast is good. Room is fine and relative old decoration. We were late arriving and staff was very kind, also there is small gift waiting for us. Good for family stay.

Weekend break, two nights. Hotel is easy to locate and has an outdoor parking space. Upon check-in, the front staff was friendly and polite but had only little interest in providing us information about the hotel and the available services. We had booked a suite which, according to the description on the website, is luxurious and has everything one needs for a good night's sleep. In reality the room was really dated and, in many places, very worn with plenty of visible signs of wear and tear. There was visible dust around, especially on the manually operated fan sitting on the table in plain sight, such that when it was switched on literally a small could of dust was blown into the air. Moreover, there was dried hair on the floor of the main bathroom and paint was peeling off from the shower curtain rod such that bits of it fell on top of our heads when drawing the shower curtains. We notified the front staff of these problems the first morning, but sadly none was taken care of. Furthermore, the bed was really dated as was the furniture overall, and the used glasses and spoons were not replaced during our stay. We were looking forward to discussing the issues with the front staff when checking out, however they seemed uninterested about our experience as guests and did not ask how our stay had been. I then later exchanged emails with the front office manager who was really polite and understanding about these issues, which was definitely a plus. Overall, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend this hotel based on the recent experience as a whole, but at least we were quite satisfied with the breakfast buffet as well as with the service and food at the on-site restaurant.

Kind and helpful staff, decent lobby bar, gym room, good breakfast and quiet night sleep. That's the standard of Scandic hotel group and the standards were met also here. Just one night here but an important one to relax before the busy business week in Helsinki.

I had superior room for one night here. The room itself was ok, except the toilet/bathroom was straight from 80s. The room was not very soundproof, you could hear the noise from the street and from the hall. The breakfast was also dissappointment. The waiter was very lazy to clean up the tables and the breakfast itself was not very diverse. Couple of my friends that do business in Riihimäki, use hotels in Hämeenlinna. Now I understand that.

Rather old and old-fashioned Hotel, in a very sleepy little town. Room spacious but weirdly furnished, bathroom very small and old. Bed rather soft. Cleanliness is good. One evening i ate at the Restaurant, that was excellent food!
