The staff were very nice. The main lobby was clean and looked maintained. our room on the 4th floor looked very dated and had an appearance of being dirty. The bathroom had someone else's hair on the floor and the tub looked unlclean to where we decided to wait to shower. As soon as you step out of the elevator, it's freezing and the walls and carpet are very wornto shabby. The same for the room's walls, carpet and fixtures. Coming from a fairly reasonable lobby, the room was a let down.

We were without water for 2 days during our 4 day stay!! We were told we'd be issued a credit but haven't seen that yet! We've stayed here before & all was well, this time it was horrible not having water and having to go to work everyday.

Booked for indoor pool. Manager was working alone and rude. Key machine was down and we were assigned a room and let in by the manager. Left door open to get bags and came back to someone having taken our room and being rude about it. When I told the manager she was extremely rude and did not seem to be listening to me or understanding. My family stood in the hall for an hour as she rudely continued to help all the other customers and ignore me. Then she drug us along to go argue with the people who had stole our room. It felt awkward and unsafe. Finally, over an hour later we got a different room and had 2hrs left to swim. When we got there we couldn’t stand more than 10mins because your eyes were burning too bad just being in the room. It was way over chlorinated and unsafe. I own a pool and always stay at hotels with indoor pools. This was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Way over priced for a basic room with a rude manager.

Property is not as clean as should be Water was off for over 13 hours and when talked to them they didn’t offer any options or solutions and they blamed other outside workers ; and not even offered any discount or some refund for this mess where I had to be late to my meetings and couldn’t shave or shower or anything Most employees have an attitude except couple ones Noisy inside and outside I will never stay at this hotel again

Our room was clean, staff at desk could have been friendlier, breakfast was okay but food was not hot. We did not use the gym or pool. The bed was very comfortable and our room was spacious.

Front desk was not welcoming Definitely was still training but no enthusiasm at all forgot to ask for my ID the only words from him were insert your credit card And didn’t tell me anything else Now luckily I have stayed there before and I know the process and where things are Didn’t say have a nice stay or tell me what time breakfast was or anything! I had to ask for waters as a Hilton honors member just expected more I hope he gets better!

The hotel was clean and very easy to locate off the main Highway. We needed a handicap accessible room and the room was plenty large and hey Roland shower. The breakfast was very good and the beds were comfortable.
