Room smelled like smoke although this is a non-smoking hotel. Everything seemed old. TV reception was awful, good thing we didn't spend much time there. Breakfast was not good. We stayed here years ago and had a much better experience. Won't be back.

I only spent one night but the hotel was clean, the walls in my room were soundproof, the bed was comfortable, very good use of space, the shower head was a little rusty, but still worked.

Staff was great. Beds were rock hard and leaned to one side. One made squeaking noises every time you rolled over. The fridge let out loud random bangs throughout the night waking you up. Water was not hot. Wouldn't stay there again.

I stayed over the holiday week. Room was never clean after asking for it to be cleaned after 1130. Front desk said the dont speak English so they dont understand what your saying. When i brought up what happened to the general manager in peraon he said call him so he can pull up the account. i called calledlike he asked i spoke general manager very rude and hung up on me. It was like pulling teeth to get some kind of refund. And then tells me never come back im not welcome. If i knew there was a Marriott hotel right behind them i would've stayed there. Theres about 6 hotels/motels in walking destance i couldve stayed. Wont be going back Only good thing was the person that check me at night was really nice.
