We always stay here when we visit family. Staff always helpful & friendly. This is 1st time our bed wasn't comfortable but staff allowed us to move to another room where we found the bed comfortable. It is a pet friendly hotel we have never seen or smelled any pet issues.

We always stay here when we are in the area to visit family. We always have a great experience and stay. Today, when we went to take a shower, it was cold. No hot water for either of us. My husband went to use the public bathroom after having breakfast and found.. no toilet paper, no hand towels and no hand soap. A little disappointed in the lack of attention to such minor but essential items.
