Great location for quick excursions to nearby sites. Close to shopping and restaurants. The hotel was clean and the staff helpful. It was clean. The room was a bit small but manageable. Private restroom was a plus. The floor tile looked nice but very slippery when wet. Would recommend to stay.

The hotel is conveniently located just outside Reykjavik, perfect location for shopping and exploring the city yet quiet. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The room, while not as shown on the pictures were cLean and included private bathroom. The space was a bit tight with suitcases. Good WiFi but the tv had only 2 channels, not a bid deal as most of the time we spent outside. The breakfast each morning was very good, offered enough variety of items. Very good value for $, we booked another night.

T10 Hotel is billed as a budget hotel, and as budget hotels go, it is very good - our room and bathroom were clean and bright, the complimentary breakfast was nicely done, and the staff members we met were kind and accommodating. Our room also had a small refrigerator, which was very handy, and there is a common kitchen on the 2nd floor. Note - there is no elevator up to the 2nd floor, so if you have several big suitcases or mobility difficulties, you may want to request a 1st floor room. There is convenient onsite parking, but be aware that the lot is narrow, and backing out of your space can be tricky in larger cars, SUV's, or vans. Check-in and check-out are self-done (no staff interaction), which made us a little uneasy initially, but ultimately were non-issues. Overall, we enjoyed our stay - no frills, but we didn't go to Iceland to sit in our hotel room! Iceland tends to be very expensive, and we found T10 to be a bargain that worked out really well for us.

Great place! No complaints! Great location! Very quiet.

Sink was leaking but other then that just fine! Thanks.

Better than anything around the area for the price point . Very straightforward

Nice, clean good complimentary breakfast... best to recommend.

Nice hotel with a nice included breakfast. Room was clean, however, TV didn't work right although we didn't bring it to the staff's attention. Roomy bathroom with nice warm showers. Free parking right in front of hotel makes it convenient.

Modest hotel with self check in and checkout option. They have a good breakfast and shared kitchen area as well.

This facility is located in the middle of an industrial zone of Hafnarfjordur (a town just outside of Reykjavik), so you will need to rent a car. There is a hotel right across from T10, which can help with other transportation options, and I understand there is also a public bus stop with service to Reykjavik in front of that hotel. Despite the industrial look of the area, it gets quiet off hours and there is a beautiful walk/bike lane 5 minutes from T10 that passes along a lava field and into the more picturesque downtown area. There are 2 large supermarkets and a number of pubs and restaurants all within a few blocks. The free breakfast is a plus (simple, but adequate). Our room was large enough to accommodate 3 people. It has a private bathroom with a sink, toilet, and a shower. Be careful when turning on hot water--you can get scorched; also it has a slight sulphur smell. The cold water is well...really cold... and incredibly tasty. No need to buy bottled water. The beds are reasonably comfortable; the pillow was a bit too thick for me. The room was equipped with TV with 3 channels, all in German, but it has excellent free wifi. Our room also had a small refrigerator. The room was cleaned every day; the towels are replaced upon request (but at least twice a week). Our bedding was also replaced once during the week. On the second floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining corner for guests. The owner and the staff are very pleasant and helpful.

About 10 mins away (car) from the downtown of Reykjavik. There are gas stations, kfc, tacobell, domino''s very close by. The hotel is comfortable, clean, quiet, and simple. The staff is professional and welcoming. We would definitely come back here again.

We stayed here for a week and it was great. Our room was clean, simple, comfortable, and cozy. The staff was professional and welcoming. It is about 10-15mins away (car) from the busy downtown of Reykjavik which was nice, being away from the noise. There''s domino's, kfc, subway, tacobell, and gas stations , all literally right down the street. Overall it was a good place to stay at and we would definitely come back here again.

Very clean, comfortable and modern rooms - liked the Scandinavian modernist decor. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are warm and a welcome respite from the cold outside.

The hotel sent me an email with an access code to the building and also tells me my room key is on the board by the lobby. It turned out that you need both access code and a KEY to get into the building! What a catch 22 scenario here! Luckily we spotted a lady inside the hotel, she helped us to open the front door. I heard other guests had to wait in the cold for hours before hotel stuff arrived to open the door for them... In our last day of stay, we lost water in our room. Again, had to go through the panic getting in touch with the hotel stuff: no one is onsite, phone calls didn't get answered. I had to go to the other hotel to ask for help...

Really enjoyed our stay here. Very economical compared to other hotels in the region. Probably stayed here for 3 days at the price of a nights stay elsewhere. Breakfast was great, and the staff was fantastic!

It was great! The staff is super friendly, they so everything they can to make your stay comfortable. Nice, clean bedrooms and common areas. Close to everything you need.

Nice hotel, breakfast is pretty good and thelocation it´s perfect

This hotel was very affordable and was on the bus line made it easy to get around. There are food locations all around they are just not a lot of signs for them.
