Outstanding accommodation on every level and exactly what I was looking for for my trip. The apartments are in a great location, central for most things you could want and need. Key code entry was super simple and the interior was quiet and very clean. I was absolutely thrilled to get a room looking out over Esja, who I saw come to life every single morning. Never had an issue with parking and there's a lovely bakery opposite the entrance. Highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely be back!

It was okay, room was a little on the tight size so lacking space. No where to put any clothing a part from a couple of coat hangers on the coat hooks. Lived out of suitcase.

Upon arrival, I still didn’t have my apartment number or code to get into the building. I emailed the management company before flying out to Iceland because the reservation stated I would receive all of my check in info 24-48 hours prior to arrival. That did not happen. When I landed, I still had no response. I had to call on my way from airport to figure it out. I was stressing! The complex was pretty close to the city center. The room was far from elevators. It states that it is an “apartment” but don’t be fooled. It’s a hotel room and a small one at that. Two small twin beds pushed together - no queen or king. The beds were very uncomfortable- if you rolled over a little you were in the space between the two beds. It was annoying. The bathroom is small. No room to wash your face or do your makeup. Tiny sink. The shower was very small and had a shower curtain which always makes me uneasy. Anything other than a shower curtain. The “kitchen” was a small wall next to the door with a sink a couple of cabinets, a mini fridge and microwave. When I was finally contacted with my room number, I was able to go to my room. I opened the door and it was a SAUNA inside. Unbearable. I had to leave my door open with my suitcase helping it to stay open because I seriously couldn’t stay in the room with that heat. I tried to open the windows but they would only open an inch! I shut off the heater which was left on HIGH. Despite all my efforts the room continued to remain so hot

I am disappointed because the photo and listing indicated that the family studio apartment has 4 beds, so I booked it based on that information. However, when I arrived, I found that it only has 2 beds and 1 sofa bed, which is not enough for my family."

The room is not ready at check-in time. We waited for more than 30 minutes until the room is ready. The bathroom is super tiny. They did not replace my towels even upon request. Not a comfortable stay.

Simple amd clear instructions sent for accessing building and room. WiFi was easily accessed. Room was very clean when I arrived. Bathroom had wet-room format. Shower always hot with great water pressure. Two bath towels and two hand towels (stayed for 3 nights) which was plenty. Apartment had a microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine with free pods, 2-hob stove. Cooking and eating utensils available in various drawers. Drinking water from the kitchen taps, so filled my bottle each day. Room had good heating, except I had a leaky radiator. Aside for that, I would stay here again as it is away from the main hustle and bustle, but easily accessible via public transport (10mins) or long walk (30mins) to central location.

Great location- we walked to downtown and the touristy area in a mile. Easy parking, apartment was well appointed and spacious. The bathroom shower did not look like it was cleaned after the previous tenant, though.

Everything was pretty much as described. Though we got a little hiccup that the door code we were given to access our room was wrong. Be prepared to have to call their phone number as I saw other reviews sharing the same experience. Otherwise, it was all good.

When we arrived in the room, there was a strong smell of bacon throughout. The window was open and the air purifier was on, so it was clear that steps had been taken to address it. While I understand this was caused by the previous guest and not directly the owner’s fault, I believe it is the owner’s responsibility to ensure the room is clean and odor-free for new guests. To manage the smell, an automatic air purifier spray had been placed in the room. However, it produced noise every 5–10 minutes and was positioned facing the dining table, which raised concerns about the spray landing on food. Unfortunately, the spray’s scent was also unpleasant. In addition, after all five of us used the bathroom, we noticed a puddle of water on the floor, which we discovered was coming from the floor drain. Although it did not smell, it was still quite uncomfortable and unhygienic.

Overall we enjoyed our stay the studio it was clean and quiet within easy walking distance of the centre or alternatively there were lots of buses. The kitchen was fairly well equipped but what really let it down was no mugs! Considering the place seemed to have been furnished by ikea why no mugs?
