Spacious 5 bedroom Southwold home, all en-suite, close to pier and town

Christmas and New Year availability for the first time!
This five bedroom, five en-suite bathroom house makes the perfect holiday home. Its light interior and enviable location make it suitable for families and groups alike.

Each bedroom enjoys a sea view and the property benefits from off road parking - unusual for Southwold when only 150 metres from the pier!

Enjoy a meal at the large ten-seater table on the decking area cooked on the sizeable gas BBQ in the evening sunshine, or stroll along the beach to sample the town’s eateries.

Please note that during the two main holiday months (July and August), we offer the property for a seven day rental only, from Friday to Friday. At any other time we are offer a minimum 3 night stays.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and 5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a fenced private yard.

In general, all was excellent, lovely house. There are a few basic things that need to be sorted I.e the strip on the bottom of the shower and the strip between bedroom and en suite (? Room 2) Otherwise, everything was fantastic - we had a great time.

Lovely property needs some tweaks to improve. Nowhere in bathrooms to put any toiletries, when it worked pump made too much noise in bedrooms. No chest of drawers in twin room top floor, nowhere to put clothes, hard to open wardrobe bed too close.

Fantastic stay in Southwold

Lovely house with 5 ensuite bedrooms. Lovely kitchen and living areas. Perfect for our extended family get away. Pier is a minutes walk away and town centre 10 minutes. Off street parking is a huge plus.

Great house in a great location

Lovely sized house in a great location, moments from the seafront in Southwold. Loads of space for our group of 8 people and very well equipped. Everything in the kitchen you would imagine in a family home. Beds are fairly comfy and the street is quiet for a good night's sleep. Furnishings are a little dated but everything was very clean on arrival. Easy communication with the owner too. All in all a great place to stay!

Perfect weekend break

Fantastic house in a perfect location for us. Couple of mins walk to the pier and beach and slightly longer but easy walk to either end of the town. The house was really well equipped and exactly as described. We had such lovely weather so enjoyed sitting in the garden after our days out and about.
