Ground floor:
Large open-plan living area with kitchen, lounge/dining room with a double sofa bed. Shower room with steam shower and separate WC. 5-person Desjoyaux spa in a 20 m² room. Games area with foosball table, stepper, and exercise bike.
First floor:
Three bedrooms, one with a vaulted ceiling opening onto the landing and closed off by a curtain, each with a double bed (140/190 cm) made up upon arrival. Children's play area with a suspended net.
Large 30 m² terrace and enclosed 300 m² garden with a swing set and a playhouse for children and teenagers at the back of the garden with outdoor games.
Small dogs accepted on request (€15/day).
One basket of firewood provided for the wood-burning stove: €10 per additional basket.
Sleeps up to 8 people. Parking 200 meters away. Charming, fully renovated family home with a private spa! Ideally located in the heart of the Perche region: close to outdoor activities, including the Étang de la Herse for fishing, and less than 2 km from a greenway for walking and cycling, as well as cultural visits to the charming towns of Bellême, Longny-au-Perche, La Perrière, and Mortagne-au-Perche.

The price does not include: a basket of firewood for the wood-burning stove (€10 per additional basket). Amenities include: Wi-Fi, spa, enclosed grounds, garden furniture, barbecue, outdoor games, terrace, garden, pet deposit, wood-burning stove, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, freezer, television, detached house, pétanque court, bed linen, heating, and cleaning.

Optional extras payable on site: Towels and household linen per person: €7.
