It was probably wonderful in the 70s overall dirty grimy stained furniture and bed coverings shower drained slow toilet flushed slow sink sprayed water. Lots of umdesirablea in the parking lot and general area. Never saw management come out of the office to do anything about it. NEVER staying here again. They also tried to charge my card an additional $50 after i left without notifying me. Luckily bank stopped the transaction.

Overall dirty sure they cleaned kinda but things like stained furniture dead insects on bathroom floor heater control broken im sure this place was great in the 70s but now its just run down

Wonderful people, and although maybe not as 'fancy' as other places and maybe doesn't have all the bells and whistles as other places. It makes up for it all by having heart. Real heart is what really matters any way.

WiFi but no cable tv. Cable is usually a standard for most hotels and vagabond has been around for a long time I didn’t expect them to not have cable. There was mold in the bathroom. The florecent light was about to go out so it was flashing whenever I had to turn it on. Beds were not horrible but there was basically no blankets as they were so thin it was almost like sleeping with just sheets. I can say the heater worked well.

Cheap and walking distance to peppermill. Rooms are a bit run down but you get what you pay for.

Hotel was nice for the price but I had an issue during check in where they couldn't find my reservation. Also there was only one towel even though I had booked a room for two people.

Booked 3 rooms for 7 days for a 6 man crew working on project in the area. The guys got so many bites from bed bugs the first night that the sheets looked like a crime scene. Had to get lodging at another motel, Vagabond Manager would not refund said we had to get refund from Orbitz

We needed a room for 6, so the hotel room worked, it had 2 double beds and 2 bunk beds, which worked great. Nothing fancy, but accommodating.

If you like skid row with bugs this is your place, otherwise stay some where else please!

The front desk gave me keys to a room that was already occupied. I opened the door & there was a couple in bed! I went back to front desk, it took another 20min before they gave me keys to another room. In the refrigerator, there was left over food. This hotel is dirty. Go rent a room somewhere else.

Internet was not too fast(expected). Nice walk to Atlantis,7-11. Good for walking exercise.

Average hotel, needs fridge and the beds were slightly uncomfortable.

A bit run down but adequate. Convenient to required location of conference at Peppermill. No fridge no coffee maker, only one distant ice machine. Homeless hanging out in unrented commercial space adjacent to hotel. No real complaints.

Clean and good service would stay again and will tell friends

Claimed I did not have a reservation upon arriving, charged my credit card as I still badly needed a place to stay that night. The website was able to get it resolved but I am still waiting for the money to actually be credited back on my card. Do not stay here.

It was comfortable but not really a hotel I would regular stay in. It's clean and very basic. The location was pretty far away from events. Was the only hotel with a vacancy.

The beds were like sleeping on the floor. Very hard and uncomfortable. Since I just needed a room to sleep for a few hours I was not very happy!

I just recently stayed at the Vagabond Inn Reno Nevada and it was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had in years. I normally stay in big hotel casinos and this by far is the more “home like experience”. The staff is very customer service oriented and the place itself makes you feel right at home. One of the best parts of the vagabond is the location. It’s about 1 mile away from the main casinos down town but it’s conveniently close to the peppermill and Atlantis, which I recommend for fine dining and entertaining. The vagabond inn is simply a great place to stay for the convenience the hospitality and most of all our little friends” pets” are always welcome. I highly recommend this place!

Really enjoyed staying here. Most restaurants within walking distance. We found a beautiful lake a couple of blocks away, with different kinds of ducks, geese, and even a swan!

This seemed like an unsafe place to stay. Cops kept riding through like they were looking for illegal activity. There were people there that looked rather unsavory. Was later told by friends to not stay there again.
