Rooms are out dated. No control over room temp. TV's are old, not great reception. Located close to shopping, restaurants, freeway. Rooms were quiet

The bed frame in my room is sticking out that I hit my foot like 3 times. The A/C unit inside the room is too loud.

First night found out there was no AC.. A sign posted by the thermostat says to request a fan from the front desk. Well we requested a fan, but they were all out. The front desk recommended to leave the door open with the chain locked.. Second day the bathroom light went out.. We informed the front desk and their response was "a lot of rooms have the bathroom light out".

Not very comfortable. Needs updating. Breakfast unacceptable.

Room is somewhat dated but clean. Towels are very skimpy. They should replace these with real towels. Liked the small fridge and microwave. Staff is/was excellent! Very friendly and welcoming.

Hotel stay was very pleasant. Staff friendly and a very nice restaurant in from of the hotel.

Room dark and dingy. Carpet worn and pulled up. Furniture worn and broken. Outside of building worn and in need of repair. Continental breakfast offered little choice or variety.

Easy access to shopping and dining and Convention Center.

No heat in the room, we had to get a portable room heater from the office. The continental breakfast was nearly gone by 9am.

Had to adjust plane flight so we stayed over night at your motel. Staff accommodated us nicely. Thank you. I Would stay there again.

I was heading from Reno towards Mono Lake and selected this hotel for its location. Decent hotel for reasonable price.

We just needed a place to recharge on the way home so we didn't need anything spectacular. It was cheap, so we complain much. HBO but no ESPN?! Wish we had known that sooner during football season.

Post Burning Man, almost any place with hot running water and working toilets would be perfect. While all the staff at this hotel are first class professionals and supremely helpful, the hotel itself was lacking in amenities. The towels, bed linens, and room decore were all below average and of poor quality for the price paid. It was not a terrible stay but I would not recomend this based on the above

This is my 3rd time at this Super 8 and the staff is always friendly and accomodating. In fact, I was able to request the same room.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and accomodating. I love the fact the location of the Super 8, i.e. across from a mall and down the street was Whole Foods grocery store where I was able to store items in the hotel room refrigerator. I will use Super 8 everytime I come to town.

I've stayed at this hotel over a half a dozen times and have booked this hotel due to its proximity to freeways, restaurants, and distance from casinos. I've enjoyed their service, breakfast, internet, etc. HOWEVER, this past stay was NOT good. Breakfast was poor. Now i am aware that this may not be a big deal, but their selection and quality has gone DOWN HILL. They recently changed their internet service and I have to say that it SUCKS!! I was in room 101 nearest the lobby and another access point and had to be on the phone with tech support (as they have farmed out their internet now) three different times. I used internet for business and not leisure and was unable to maintain a connection longer than 15 minutes. I will search elsewhere before booking this hotel; which is a bummer since I enjoyed staying here in the past.

Morning Continental Breakfast, along with Fridge and Microwave an added bonus while working on a tile job in Reno. Two rooms were suitable and location perfect.

Friendly staff, clean accomodations, but dated. Quiet and an excellent Tai restaurant attached.

The room we got was small and outdated, beds were cheap.

I was in Reno for a 4 day seminar. My room was spacious, clean, and quiet. This particular room was under the stairs to the 2nd fllo, so it was incredibly dark, but since I was only there at night, it didn't matter much. I just wish there had been a light switch next to the door. Also, as is the case with most motels, the bed was too hard!
