Location was great. Hotel was dated but the room was clean

I booked a room here because the website says they are pet friendly. Pet friendly to the tune of $$60.00 extra, per night. That’s not very pet friendly.

There was a coffee maker in the room and yoyu had to pay $1.50 for each cup. No room service 2 days out of 4.

Really pleased with my room. Wasn't expecting a jr suite, love it! Very spacious and comfy! Will definitely come back!

The express check-in kiosks work 20% of the time. The rooms are dirty. The sheets have stains and the carpet is filthy. Really disappointing.

This was a poor excuse for a Hotel, I have never stayed at such a disappointing hotel. First of all the we were checked in to a room where the heater did not heat and the toilet did not flush right, to add insult to injury the room did not get cleaned, My wife called the housekeeping, they told her we were on a do not disturb list. We called the front desk all they could do was move us across the hall. the second room had problems with a slow drain in the bath tub. I told the clerk at check out about the experience and all she could say was that the housekeeping staff was failing. The best part of our stay was the valet service those guys and gals were great friendly and helpful. when I told the valet that he said "Yeah, we get that a lot." WOW. Apparently we weren't the only ones who felt that way. Never again.

The room is clean and comfortable, but looks like it is right out of the TV Show "That 70s Show." The staff are friendly and it was a pleasant stay. Just expect an old facility everywhere you look.

the room had outdated items like a hanging lamp by the window looked old it was missing pieces and also it was placed at a terrible place i bumped my head so many times with it. the ac needs to change filters or clean out the room dust a lot of dust in the room.

I had a very good stay. The rooms are big, good beds and bedding. buffet was excellent and not to busy to go to. A pleasant place to stay.

Nice room. Not expensive. As advertised. Convenient for overnight stay. Staff very friendly and helpful.

US currency is not accepted for "incidentals" deposit. A violation of US law,our currency says right on it" legal tender for ALL debts both public and private" . You can offer $500 cash and they wont take it,no card,no room...period. This is wrong,on top of that their ATM only dispenses money, wont take a deposit that could solve the problem. All around wrong and poor customer treatment.

Very nice one day visit, first time Downtown in many years and I very much enjoyed the area. Everything is within walking distance and the area is very interesting.

Harrah's is an adequate hotel in a good location, walkable to most spots in town. I enjoyed the good view from the 20th floor, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, the coffee machine in the room was broken and they never cleaned our room. They also nickel and dime you with fees and communication about fees was bad. e.g, we didn't know the resort fee included WiFi. I guess you have to ask. Also, the casino is pretty depressing and low energy compared to its neighbors like El Dorado and Silver Legacy. Would recommend heading down the street for gaming.

Room was clean and well kept. Prices was great. Would stay again

Staff here is excellence and has a lot of nice restaurants.

Room was small. Had what we needed though. Check in was horrible. Long line and one person at the desk? Check out was easy did it from the room but everyone was leaving at that time so there was a long line at the elevators to the parking garage!

I don't know what to say. I was just in town for one night but everything was fine.

The room was dirty , there was only one outlet i could get to in the room. There was a coffee maker except it was in the bathroom aprox. 4 feet from the toilet! Im sorry but i dont want poop particles in my coffee . I checked out 1 day early and harrahs refused to reimburse me for the 1 day i didnt stay there. I will never stay at harrahs again! But atleast orbit was kind enough to give me a 50 credit.

Harrah’s Reno is your typical hotel casino. The check-in staff was nice and quick. Our room was in the east tower. It had all the usual amenities and they all worked just fine. We did have to ask for a remote for the tv and the pillows were way too firm, making them hard to sleep with. The only major problem I had with our stay is that it is all in great need of an update. The east tower elevators had issue with their buttons, some of them just didn’t work. Most of the decor looked old and was just hanging in there. Even the carpet pieces that ran along the wall as baseboard was falling off in places. Our room was clean and the staff was friendly, but this Harrah’s needs a facelift.

Reno is the retro experience. It’s charming and nostalgic to stay at Harrah’s. Right by Amtrak and walkable to Silver Legacy, El Dorado and other entertainment venues.
