There was no smell of cigarettes throughout the property and they offered smoke free gambling areas.

My view from my room, the staff and service were excellent. The furniture in the room was a bit antiquated and wore out but clean and well arranged.

The Hotel and casino is defenitly showing its age. The area just before the elevators in East Tower smelled of sewage. parking lot flooring has loose chunks. Room 1059 had a piece of gum stuck to side of headboard entire time. A/c was noisy and hardly cooled

The room part of my trip was fine, no problems. The race book was like a ghost town, nobody in there, two maybe four people. The staff was very good, very friendly and helpful. but that part of the casino around the race book was very poorly run, they took out ALL the blackjack tables and most of the slots, they installed games that maybe one in fifty would play, also the Quizno's sandwich shop is so poorly lit you wouldn't know it was open. the once proud name of Harrah`s is sinking into a quagmire of very poor leadership, I could do so much with that spot it would amaze you, but what I hear from the employees is the main office wants to gey rid of that building, I can tell you this at the rate it`s being managed no one will be in that portion of the casino, I remember how much fun it was in 2002 & 2003 when I went to the handicap touraments, that little spot was jumpin with people, playing B.J. SLOTS AND LINED UP AT THE BAR,. Why oh why did you mess with success?

Good location In the downtown area of Reno. Would stay again.

They packed 6+ Individuals in one room They workers not very smart and rouse they couldn’t adapt nor understand their job description Kim and Mark at the front desk were very professional and knowledgeable. But the damages had happened and there were no way to reverse the fact. Mark told me this hotel will return all our fees. I was not expecting it. But think he did a right call to illuminate more embarrassment to this hotel Not I won’t be going back knowing their reservation and check ins will consider to put 6+ people in the same room

I liked the close proximity to Amtrack. Staff was responsive to my complaint that the hair dryer didn't work and had someone up to fix it.

What i liked about Harrah's was the staff and customer service. I enjoy the property and the restaurants on site. But this last trip I had to change my plans at the last minute and check out a day early and I thought since I booked through Orbitz it would be non refundable. But they refunded me and so did the hotel. I will continue to stay here when I can.

Upon checking in, I was charged with a fee for my pet that was not on my reservation. The hotel staff quote an old piece of paper from last year that shows the pet fee. My reservation does show that o had to pay extra. And a hefty extra. It was late at night and we were tired to I didn’t have to opportunity to contest the charge. But I will.

They had electric car chargers in the parking garage!! I was very happy to see that

Didn't like smoking indoors, but we get that it's a casino and that's normal. Didn't like only two devices on the wifi. Called the service desk and the employee wasn't very pleasant. Not mean or bad, just not happy and didn't seem like he cared to be helping us. All other staff was amazing. The room was quite and clean and a great view. Food at the Hash House was amazing.

Property needs s renovation, looks kike it’s stuck in 1984.

East tower was horrible nothing like the picture. I requested a different room and they moved me to west tower, the room there was a little better but very noice because it was right next to the elevators And I could hear them all night long.
