Clean place, very polite staff. Would love to stay there again.

Old, rundown casino hotel. Carpet stains, nasty smells, outdated rooms. Didn't feel comfortable

The room was fine, the warm not hot shower was disappointing.

The room was too dark and the it did not feel clean. I am sure that the curtains were not cleaned for ages. The ventilation box was full.in dirt. Gives you a feeling like tou are breathing toxic air

Our shuttle driver was friendly yet not over chatty.

Location is great, can’t beat it! Downside was the cleanliness, sunflower seeds on the floor in room which made me believe the room wasn’t cleaned well. The pillows on the bed are terrible, they were small square pillows which did not provide for good sleep. The shower was in dire need of an upgrade and the shower head was too short for anyone over 5’4 and the shower did not drain well at all. The casino itself is on the smaller side and the tables are more expansive than surrounding casinos even in off peak times. Staff was friendly, front desk placed us on floor 15 to ensure we had a view since it was our first visit to Reno. Overall, decent hotel.

Our bathroom door wouldn't close except within about 3 in

Friendly people at counter, but the rest omg! So rude. Old and bad maintenance building,

Service is excellent. I would not recommend for families with kids as property was full of cigarette smoke

The path to the west tower smells like ammonia from a pet relief area. The smell is overwhelming and the overall cleanliness of this area is subpar. We also encountered the smell of weed on our floor pretty consistently. Our last night our room was switched to a different area of the hotel that was better.

The staff was very supportive. The registration desk was easy to find. free parking. Good signage within the facility. Exercise room had good equipment. Nice view from room. Initial room had compressor noise in the hallway/stairwell 24/7. We were moved to the other side of the wing. We traded compressor noise for a whistling or water running noise.

was charged a $25 resort fee. Pretty sure the booking said optional. Also, tried to contact the property to put my son-in-law on it and property didn't read the email until we had arrived. I tried to call first and the property said they couldn't add his name. he had to sit around for almost 3 hours until we arrived.

The room wan not upto the mark . Washroom air vent was not functioning . The only way to go out was from casino and I felt uncomfortable with an terse old kid. As there was smoke all around. There was no snaking shop in the resort .

I was there for five days and there was no maid service... also, lots of smoke from cigarettes all over the public areas of the hotel... the food was not that great... and lots of homeless types were lingering in and around the hotel... i have seen better from Harrahs...

I liked the easy self service parking but the parking garage elevator was not working well, the doors opened and closed several times before moving to a crawling pace. The carpet in the room was dirty and meeds replacing the toilet seat was broken and wallpaper peeling off the walls in the bedroom. Maybe some of the rooms had been updated but ours was nir one of them. The staff is friendly but the room not so great.

Decent value for the price. Comfortable bed. Room and entire hotel would benefit from a refreshing/updating.

Express check in and check out help a lot! No need to go on the line and wait.
