Enchanting 2BR in Old Southwest

Centrally-located in a quiet, relaxing, and highly desirable neighborhood in Old Southwest. Just blocks from downtown, midtown and easy access to the highway. Walking distance to several amazing local restaurants. Take a stroll in this lovely and safe neighborhood with established trees.

There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There is 1 full bathroom. Smart TVs in each bedroom and the living area. Wi-Fi internet. Appliances & cooking amenities including spices, coffee, & tea. For the coffee enthusiast, we have included both a traditional coffee pot and a French press.

1-car garage and extra space in the driveway for another car as well as plenty of free on-street parking.

The washer and dryer is located in the garage area and is shared with the unit on the other side of the duplex. That is the only shared space.

You will have exclusive and unrestricted access to the entire right side of the duplex as well as the garage and washer/dryer area.

We are available by phone, text, and AIRBNB messaging. We are a small business and pride ourselves on excellent communication.

This was a very wonderful quaint adorable. Centrally Located very well maintained. I can't really find a complaint about this place. The owners were very respectful and had great taste in everything else. Very, very nice place. Thank you very much for allowing us to use your place.
