Club Lakeridge Resort

I've stayed here twice in the past 6 months. Personally, I like staying where I have a kitchen, plus lots of room and quiet. Club Lakeridge isn't perfect - the exterior needs a paint job, there are a few parts of the condo that could be cleaner, and parts of it are kind dated. However, this is what it offers: Great price Two bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 TVs Full kitchen Patio or balcony (great if you are a smoker) Nice grounds for walking around Includes access to Lakeridge club with gym, pool, etc Firm beds - 4 pillows per bed Mostly quiet (some noise from McCarran at times) Within a mile or so of lots of shopping Plenty of parking Plenty of towels, paper towels, that sort of thing Windows that open (in bedrooms) so you can get some fresh air inside A few people have mentioned confusion about check-in and that sort of thing. True, this is not like staying at a conventional hotel. But when you get there, if off hours, there is a lock box (you get a code emailed to you) - open the lockbox and there are the keys and some other notes, plus your passes for the club. Same if checking out - just put your keys in the dropslot in this box. Parking - you have an assigned, covered parking stall - these are a bit narrow but there is more parking around the McCarran side of the condos. Compare the price and size of a unit at Club Lakeridge to what you will get at other hotels in this area - I think you'll see that you get a lot more for your money here.

Condo is within a few miles from everything and also close to Virginia City and Carson City. Within an hour drive from Lake Tahoe. Fitness Facility is the nicest and largest I have ever seen. Mary at the front desk is very friendly and very helpful with anything that you need

First of all, our parking space that we were assigned was always taken by another visitor...so we just parked in a different stall...no biggie because there were quite a few empty stalls. The office was supposed to be open on Saturday, but it wasn't. We had questions about the check out procedure and where to leave the keys. We had called one number and then were told to call a 2nd number. Nobody was really helpful and one operator had said to us when we called about the keys: "That's a good question..I'm not sure". We had no idea what to do, so we saw the maid and just left the keys in the kitchen on the table. Lastly, we shared the condo with another couple whom had the master bedroom & bath. We took the 2nd bedroom and hall bathroom. The bathroom didn't seem to bad until I got into the shower. I looked at the wall, the corners of the shower and under the shower doors....gross!!! Molde & Mildew everywhere...i was stick to my stomach. I had to hurry up and get out of that shower because I was afraid of getting sick. the faucet handles at the base need extra cleaning as well. I know the paint looks as if it's wearing off, but the basde of it has that yellow/gold gunk around it. Apparently, when the maid cleans these rooms, there is no quality control check after her. Someone needs to be inspecting them after cleaning and before renting them out to the next visitors. I am attaching photos of what I saw. We were very disappointed in our stay for this reason. I can't recommend your resort for a future stay for anyone, including ourselves unless this changes.

My partner booked a 2 bedroom condo on booking.com with Club lake ridge in Reno NV.he received a call and email from Mary who works for them saying since we would be arriving after hours we will get a code and and envelope with our names to get into our room, we arrived and nothing was in there lock box.. we called and were told to go to another address, we arrived to the other address. Worldmark hotel and was told they double booked... we were very upset there was no courtesy call letting us know, nothing.. People booking at ClUB LAKERIDGE SHOULD CALL AND COMFIRM THEY DIDNT GET DOUBLE BOOKED.

This is the 2nd time there. So to say we like it there is an understatement. The location is excellent. 10 minutes from RNO airport, close to supermarkets, restaurants, movie theaters, shopping mall, casinos, hiking, golf, and Lake Tahoe skiing is less than 1 hour drive. Access to Club Lakeridge tennis/health club is a major plus. If you don t want an active vacation this facility is in a quiet part of Reno and just hanging loose with family and friends at this clean modern condo is easy to do.

From the email communication before our arrival to the morning we turned in the keys, Roxanne made our stay VERY enjoyable. The 2 bedroom unit was just right for 2 adult couples. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The living area was perfect for relaxing by the fireplace or watching TV. The kitchen area was stocked adequately for our needs. There is covered parking dedicated to each unit. The area is quiet and away from the bustle of the big casinos but convenient to the freeway, shops and restaurants. A HUGE bonus is the amazing fitness center right next door that is included in the package. It offers indoor/outdoor tennis, racquetball/squash courts, swimming pool, weight room, cardio room, classes, massage, separate adult dressing rooms, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

This club offers quality rooms with full kitchen and washer and dryer at reasonable prices. Quiet location close to shopping mall. Includes access to indoor and outdoor pools. Provides free covered parking. Manager was courteous and showed us to our room ..

This is a 2 bedroom unit with full kitchen,LR, DR, fireplace, private patio, washer/dryer, wi-fi, flatscreen TV's, 1 full bathroom and 1 bathroom with standing shower, access to tennis facilities, golf, weight rooms, and swimming pools. The manager met us at the car and gave us a personal tour of the units and the amenities. We were here for a one week vacation and planned a Lake Tahoe drive, Carson City and Virginia city tour. We were able to do all and return to the comfort of our unit and dine at the restaurant. The restaurant was great! Great food and reasonable prices. When we were ready to leave, manager Roxanne Martinez even printed our boarding passes for the flight. We had written 2 weeks prior to our arrival requesting first floor units and our request was honored. The only drawback is the fact that the sleep sofa is dated, but who cares---it was comfortable! This was a great vacation, made that way by good housekeeping and good management.

I've traveled around the world and stayed at many hotels, resorts and time shares, and this was among the best for many reasons. If you want a comfortable and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom resort rental, you'll love the big kitchen with an open concept that connects to the big dining room relaxing living room with a big screen TV and warm and romantic gas fireplace (and a queen sofa bed). There is also plenty of free parking only steps from the front door and a very accessible washer and dryer off the kichen. If you want to enjoy sports and adventure, you'll have countless options. As a guest of Club Lakeside, you'll have access to Lakeside Tennis Club with indoor and outdoor courts, as well as fitness classes, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a weight room and more. During the first few days of my weeklong stay I visited LTC and prepared for skiing at Mt. Rose ski area (about 30 minute drive). If you come in the summer, you can hiking in mountains above 10,000 ft, biking, river rafting... and more. If you want something a little strenuous, you'll find the best shopping area in Reno with, some nice casino/hotels (including the Atlantis connected with the Reno-Sparks Convention Center), and theaters. Thank you to Roxanne for making this a great family vacation.

This was a little different that you would expect. This resort is part of an Apartment complex. So the Suite is an apartment. 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The second bathroom was nice to have. Really close to a grocery store, just down the street, and numerous restaurants like Mimi's Cafe, Red Lobster, burgers joints, Mexican food. Roxanne was really helpful she will help you out with extra dish washing soap shampoo garbage bags all you got to do is ask. We went up to the tennis club which is a great big gym/indoor pool/ tennis racquet courts. Also very quiet area. We liked it if we go back I think we would like to stay at lake Tahoe or maybe down and one of the casinos. Lake Tahoe 1 hour away.
