Genießen sie die traumhafte Aussicht zum Zahmen und Wilden Kaisergebirge, über den Golfplatz und im Winter auf die verschneiten Spazierwege Reit im Winkls. Ausgangspunkt für erholsame Wanderungen. Vom ruhigen, sonnigen Ortsteil Birnbach erreichen sie den Ortskern Reit im Winkl in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Mehrere Gaststätten sind im Umkreis von 10 - 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich im Winter eine Rodelbahn mit Einkehrmöglichkeit zur Hutzenalm, der Golfplatz Reit im Winkl / Kössen, Langlaufloipen, Wandermöglichkeiten, Reitstall etc. Weitere Ausflugsziele sind z.B. der Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden, Salzburg, München Kinder und Familien Urlaub mit Strassenfesten, Ponyreiten, Kutschfahrten, geführte Familienwanderungen und vieles mehr erwartet sie. Sämtliche Wäsche wird gestellt. Parkplatz am Haus. Frühstücksbrötchenservice Schwimmcard Sommer und Winter inkl. / Hallen- und Freibad inkl. Super. Jederzeit wieder.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns auch viele Vorschläge für die Freizeitgestaltung gegeben. Es war einfach nur schön.

Wohnung 2 in diesem Haus
Die Wohnung 2 ist eine geräumige 1 Zimmerwohnung. Der Küchenteil ist durch 3 Stufen von dem Wohn-Schlafraum abgesetzt. Von der Küche gelangt man ins Badezimmer mit Dusche. Auch von der Küche ist der Ostbalkon zugänglich. An heißen Sommertagen gut zu nutzen. Man blickt auf eine große Wiese, Garten, Wald und ein paar Nachbarhäuser. Nach Süden sind zwar Fenster aber die Aussicht auf die Berge ( Wilder Kaiser) ist durch den langen Dachvorbau nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich. Da ist die Wohnung 1 wesentlich besser. Aber durch die Freundlichkeit der Eigentümer, die unten im Haus wohnen, konnten wir bei gutem Wetter immer vorm Haus in einer schönen Sitzecke Platz nehmen und die Sonne und Aussicht genießen. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung relativ dunkel, dafür aber an heißen Tagen schön kühl. Die Gastgeber sind sehr bemüht und immer ansprechbar wenn es Fragen gibt. Alles in allem eine sehr ruhige, 30 Minuten zu Fuß von Reit im Winkel entfernte Wohnung. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal Buchen.

Sehr schöne Gegend sehr ruhig , Tolle Aussicht . sehr nette Gastgeberin . Alles ordentlich und sauber . Küche ist komplett ausgestattet . Wohn - und Schlafzimmer sehr viel Platz und gemütlich.
