Unser familiär geführtes Haus Seerose, am herrlich gelegenen Seerosenteich im Luftkurort Reit im Winkl, befindet sich am Fuße der Südhanglage des Hausberges, sehr ruhig aber doch zentral, nur 3 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Letztes Haus im Seerosenweg (Sackgasse) Unser Haus liegt südwestlich mit herrlichem Panoramablick aufs Kaisergebirge Die im rustikalen Stil eingerichteten Nichtraucher-Ferienwohnungen verfügen über separate, komplett eingerichtete Küchen, Bäder mit Duschen, WC, Kabel-TV, und Radiowecker. Unseren Gästen steht auch Internet zur Verfügung. Gerne bieten wir auch Brötchenservice an. Am Haus befinden sich Garagen und Parkplätze. Ein kleiner gemütlicher Garten sowie eine große Sonnenterrasse laden zum Entspannen ein. Direkt vom Haus Seerose aus beginnen wunderschöne, anspruchsvolle, aber auch gemütliche Wanderwege entlang des Wasserfalls. Sie sind für sportliche als auch für ältere Gäste geeignet. Gleich hinter unserem Haus befindet sich der Barfuss-Pfad und ein neuer, TÜV-geprüfter Klettersteig am Wasserfall. Die daneben befindliche Kneippanlage bringt den Kreislauf und die Gesundheit wieder in Schwung. Für unsere Hausgäste steht das Frei- und Hallenbad in Reit im Winkl, sowie das Waldschwimmbad in Kössen und das Ostufer am Walchsee Ihr Vorteil als unser Gast: Wir sind Partner-Vermieter/Betrieb der Reit im Winkl Schwimm-Card. Sie haben dadurch die Möglichkeit, zusätzlich zu unseren eigenen Leistungen weitere kostenlose Leistungen zu erhalten, wie z.B. freien Eintritt im Frei- und Hallenbad, im Kössener Wald-Freibad sowie am Walchsee. Freies Parken auf allen gemeindlichen Parkplätzen von Reit im Winkl. Im Winter befinden sich bestens gepflegte Loipen in unmittelbarer Nähe unseres Hauses (5 Gehminuten).   Wir würden uns sehr freuen, Sie als unsere Gäste im Haus Seerose willkommen zu heißen.   Ihre Familie Neder

schöner urlaub

bei der Familie hat man das Gefühl dazuzugehören, es ist wunderschön dort (einfach urig), das Haus und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber die Aussicht nicht bezahlbar und die Ruhe einfach nur ein Traum.
