The house was nice, the garage refrigerator/freezer was dirty. The boat lift didn’t work. The entrance door to the bed room outside handle would not open the door. The out side gas grill needed to be cleaned it caught fire the first time we used it I had to clean the grill completely out

The house is very nice! Property is peaceful and in a nice neighborhood. Plenty of space for our group. We were disappointed with the utensils and pots in the kitchen, which is labeled as a “gourmet” kitchen (expected more to be available). Garbage cans were full when we arrived onsite. One shower did not drain and had to be fixed. We had to clean the washing machine prior to use. Website missing some photos of the bedrooms. Website missing info regarding foot access to the bay (rocks make access difficult). One bed labeled as queen when it is actually a full. Most importantly, I specifically asked ahead of time and were told the property had umbrellas onsite for the patio, but when we arrived there were none.

Family Vacay

This bayside property was perfect for our family of 11. We enjoyed being on the water so much! A very peaceful week watching beautiful sunsets while hanging on the patio every night. We would rent this home again next year.

Peaceful yet, close to everything

The house, location and views were wonderful. Vacationing with little ones, we found this location perfect for us. The little ones loved watching the boats, the birds and even little bay creatures each day. Very close to beaches, restaurants and activities. Plenty of space in the house so we never felt crowded. I would definitely recommend bringing patio umbrellas.Didn't really get to see sunrise or sunsets from the patio, but still very enjoyable views. We look forward to coming back next year!

Great spot on the bay

We had such a wonderful stay at this property beautifully tucked on the bay. This house had everything we needed and more. Great space for multiple families. Also there were plenty of beach chairs, a cooler and a fire pit that were not listed on the amenities which was a pleasant surprise!

Excellent stay, beautiful home.

Great home. Furniture is a bit wobbly and need tightening. Grill was very very dirty but my husband cleaned it. Realtor very responsive! Owners should place umbrellas in the backyard. There is no shade and not usable during the day. Great stay. Everyone was comfortable. Would rent again!!’

Absolutely perfect

The first time I've stayed at a VRBO or other rental property and found everything to be absolutely as I had hoped. This is a wonderful property with many ways to enjoy it. We rented for a two-day business meeting among five colleagues and found plenty of room to spread out and ways to organize. The relaxed atmosphere helped us be very productive, and we bonded over drinks and stories on the dock afterward. We used the grill for outdoor burgers, sausages, hot dogs, etc. Bedroom accommodations are well laid out, providing everyone with privacy and comfort. The description of the kitchen doesn't do it justice - it's perfect for gatherings. Everything you need is right there.

Great Home for family vacation

More than enough room for our entire family to coexist comfortably for the whole week! There is a grill and fireplace on site and they also had plenty of beach chairs to borrow if needed. Tons of outdoor space to relax or play games with family. We had almost no issues with anything and there were more amenities on site than shown in lisiting so that was a bonus!! Could use an umbrella or 2 for the patio tables for those crazy hot days but we made do! We really enjoyed our time here and look forward to coming back.
