Beautiful and newly renovated apartment - steps to everything - boardwalk, fabulous restaurants, great shopping, art galleries, Funland, and the beautiful beach!

1 Queen Bedroom, 1 Bath, sunroom, small deck, full kitchen, cable, WIFI - Great for two. Available weekly or monthly in summer season - Available full time off season (October - April). No weekends-only and no pets - sorry. Upper level - so there are steps.

Great property as listed
The property itself was great! Cute, clean, and fantastically convenient location by the beach. It is very close to Funland as clearly listed in the property description—so bear in mind that you can hear it. But it’s not a bad thing and it does close by a reasonable hour. The only thing was that we had some trouble checking in (Vrbo instructions we had were a bit vague). Maybe we caught the owners on a bad day, but we were met with a fairly harsh and rude phone call for a genuine question asked politely. But in the end they did answer our question, and everything was fine after that!

Perfect location and accommodations
The location of this apartment is completely ideal. Beach and boardwalk are as close as can be, but there's a feeling of privacy as well since the apartment is back from the street. The living area has a spacious feel, and the kitchen is very nice. Be prepared to bring all linens including towels, plus consumables like dish and hand soap. Highly recommended for a beach-oriented stay in Rehoboth.

Wonderful Rehoboth Beach Property for 2 Adults
This 1 BR/1BA property is ideally located near the Boardwalk and Rehoboth Avenue, and is perfect for 2 adults. There's more room than you'll find in a hotel room, including a very nice kitchen, a living room with large TV, a bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, and an additional large sitting area with table and chairs. The rental includes free access to a washer/dryer, which is a terrific benefit. This was our second time staying at this rental, and it won't be our last. We highly recommend this rental! There are only 2 caveats worth mentioning to potential renters. First, the apartment is above the garage, so access is via a flight of stairs, which might not work for someone with limited mobility. Second, the driveway is reserved for the renters of the house, so the garage apartment includes a parking space in a lot 2 blocks away. This hasn't proved an issue for us, but it's something to consider, especially for anyone intending to use their car a lot.

Nice and convenient
This property is very charming and nicely updated. The location is great. We enjoyed the little deck, and there is even a secure storage area we kept our bikes in. One thing I would change is the bed because it is quite hard and creaks like crazy. Also the sofa and chairs, while nice and clean, were not very comfortable.
