The owner graciously supplies a Rehoboth Beach Parking Permit, so you don't have to feed the meter! Wireless Internet, Smart and Cable TVs, Rear Patio, In-Home Washer/Dryer, Gas BBQ grill, (Guest refills Gas), and 3 Parking Spaces available. Guests pay a $225 Cleaning Fee for stays under 7 nights. Please no smoking or pets. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.Community EV charging station available for a fee.
