While I enjoyed my stays and it is my 2nd stay at Christmas with the hotel. I am disappointed that the kitchen closes down during Christmas especially for breakfast. I had took cab to recommended breakfast restaurant but found it closed for Christmas as well. I did not find it located to many walkable amenities. That said because it is near family I would always choose this hotel

Staff were courteous. The room was clean. Some improvements would be welcomed, like more outlets in the room to connect your laptop, phone charger. I tried to use the hair dryer and it didn't work, not sure if it was the outlets or the dryer itself. The mini fridge was noisy. We would have liked the restaurant to be open at least for breakfast. Thank you.

Well, looks are deceiving. You walk in the foyer and think wow this place looks elegant, then you take the elevator up to your room and see phone cards and electrical ends hanging out of the top of the wall. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The shower head seemed as though it would blow off if it was in high power. Other family members stayed in another room where the fireplace, jetted tub and thermostat did not work. Probably won’t stay again

Great old school vibe to this hotel. It's not really that old but has a European feel to it. Killer Whiskey bar. The restaurant is also fantastic for dinner.
