Great price for the location! Rooms were clean, the halls could’ve used a vacuuming. The toilet was so low to the ground, lol. But service was very good. Breakfast was ok, not great. A snack and/or drink machine on every floor was handy.

The room again was very clean and GREAT pillows!! The front counter staff were second to none. Although we left before the breakfast was ready, I have had their complimentary breakfast before and it too is excellent.

Cleaning staff could benefit from some professional training, very inconsistent. Rug along wall had visible dirt, coffee not replenished unless asked for, that sort of thing. The night clerk was very good, one of the best I’ve encountered.

When I arrived in Regina, I was not feeling well, so I wanted to get to my hotel room right away. I arrived right around noon, and was told that the regular check-in time was 3 p.m. or after. To check-in now would require a $35 charge. I was taken aback by this, as I have stayed at hundreds of hotels all across the globe and have never been asked to pay for an "early" check-in. All other hotels had graciously accommodated my request without any charge. Since I was not feeling well, I paid the charge--but vowed to myself that I would mention it in my reviews. The bedding was insufficient for staying warm on a winter's night without cranking up the heat, and it's not healthy to sleep in a hot room. I had to use my parka as a "comforter" to keep from getting cold. The hotel should have had blankets or a comforter in the closet--but it didn't. One reviewer complained that bedbugs were found, but I always check a new hotel room, and there was no sign of them in my room. Otherwise, it was an uneventful stay. But because of that exorbitant "early check-in" charge, I would not stay there again.

clean quiet room. stayed here couple of times while looking for rentals. never had too many problems. the hotel gets derelicts hanging around sometimes trying to cause trouble so you have to be careful with that.

We went here for a chess tournament and while it is not a fancy hotel, it was clean and had all we needed. The service at all levels was excellent and friendly. The restaurant was top quality and tasted the best pea soup ever there! All of the food was excellent. Don't remember the name of the restaurant unfortunately. Lounge very nice as well.

Check in staff friendly. The king size room was so tiny with furniture crammed in it was hard to walk around. The fridge had mold in it, the microwave dirty. While getting pillows fluffed for bed I noticed something black on one, the pillow inside had a huge burn hole in it. No hot water for morning showers despite letting water run a long time. Beds are very firm. Windows leak cold air and curtains cover heat vents.

I had a couple stays with Quality Regina, this past month. I am pleased with the overall presentation and actually quality of the services provided to me during my stay. The Breakfast was Excellent and served very well. The Front Desk Staff were very helpful.

I was in Regina recently for a 5 day business trip. I chose the Quality Inn because it was within walking distance of my meetings. It is also connected to the Memories restaurant which is an outstanding place to dine. Seeing as it was -20C for most of the week, I had several dinners at Memories. Yum! The hotel was nice. The free breakfast was simple. The hostess who served the breakfast was very friendly. The desk staff were helpful. My room was very clean. The heater worked well (important during this visit). I would stay at the Quality Inn again. Hopefully next time will have warmer weather!

Stayed at Quality Hotel Regina recently for a business trip, and found the hotel to be good value for the price. Good location and the free parking is great. A minor issue I encountered was with the coffee maker in the room, as the carafe is too small to push up the filter, so the water stayed in the filter. Otherwise, the room was clean and I had two quiet and restful nights at the hotel.
