No hot water to shower was told to run water for 15 minutes which I did but no hot when I question it I was a lot of rental but I feel there should have been hot water no paper or pen in room only one shampoo for two people to use We come to this motel often but the last couple time supplies are very limited

The rooms have very poor sound isolation - the person in the room above was stomping around till 2am. The blankets were minimal and threadbare. WiFi didn’t work. The shower was cold in the morning - the desk clerk tried to blame it on the Regina water. When I asked about a discount for the poor experience, I was told “nope” - just pay the full amount for what was a terrible experience. Won’t stay there again and would recommend folks to look elsewhere - this place doesn’t care about customer service.
