When we checked in the room was cold and they gave us a low heater .I was in a wheelchair so they gave us a room all the way upstairs and my husband had to push me up a ramp and our room was down the hallway to the left and he still had to push me down the hallway to our cold room .Their thermastat wouldnt work at all.but I thought the front desk would ask how was our stay .We werent told about the wifi either we didnt want to phone them either .We had to go quite a distance for our ice so we didnt bother getting anything it was a nice room really small bathroom but next time I will see if there is a handicap room cause and more handicap spots too

We were given an updated renovated room. It was very nice. But it was warm. Felt like the AC wasn’t working. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of renovations going on in the hotel. But that’s a good thing….eventually.

Close to downtown, casino, and REAL events. The hotel is undergoing renovations, and not very pretty. Lots of walking to get from parking to room. Some rough looking people around the outside. Double room bathroom was quite cramped. Staff were great. Restaurant food and service also great.

I needed only a bed for my trip and the hotel provided the basics! There were some improvements going on site and I know some amenities were not open. Please check with the desk if the work is finished if interested using the pool or other services. Nice staff , no issues!
