Exceptional staff and customer service. Front desk was welcoming, warm, informative and friendly. Maintenance and cleaning staff were always friendly and working hard. We had an issue with our TV and when they couldn’t fix it they not only graciously upgraded us to a balcony room, but staff also came to our room to help us move and bring the new keys. The beds in both rooms were super comfortable and soft. The cleanliness was top tier through the whole motel, even the pool even though it was winter. The Sheraton Club had a good variety of snacks and drinks and a nice continental breakfast. Overall it was an excellent stay.

Courteous staff, clean rooms, comfy bed. Only negative was the noise related to events, staff talking and banging around dishes after 11 pm party was over. I would say it is definitely pricey as it was just a very basic room, no microwave and had topay parking. Overall, not a bad stay
