The representatives at the townhouse were very helpful. I would recommend this stay for anyone visiting Redriver NM.

Good location on Main Street and near Copper chair lift but there is little to no parking. I was told to park in the street because other guests double park. I was told by staff that I will need to move my vehicle off of the street if it snows or get ticketed. Parking is a serious problem with any stay at aspen condos. Beds are old and shot. Entire condo looks out of date and dire for repair. Bathroom lacked shampoo. Very loud and annoying sounds from 2nd floor and you hear every footstep and drain pipe from condo above. Overall not a good value for a studio.

Ok location. NO PARKING. You cant legally park on the street overnight and even though the unit comes with a parking spot it really doesnt. Had a verbal argument with neighbor over parking. Condo staff said sorry but offered no solution. We paid for condo with parking and didnt get what we paid for. It was a nightmare for 5 days. Lugging our stuff from down the street and hoping my truck didnt get damaged or towed. Room wasnt ready at check in. Eventually i insisted on a time it would be available so she (jessica) gave me the keys and it was miraculously ready. We travel all over the country and world...this place has been my biggest let down. I never give bad reviews but this time this place hurt my wallet and my vacation.

The property is in a great location in Red River. Easy parking, easy walking... There was a hiccup when checking in and the staff resolved it before we could even go to lunch and come back. They had everything taken care of VERY quickly!
