Começando pelo atendimento, foi ótimo. Tivemos uma pequena falha de comunicação na hora da reserva, mas junto com a agência conseguimos resolver. Ao chegar no condomínio que tivemos um pequeno empecilho, pois estávamos com muitas bagagens e tivemos que pedir muito pra liberar o uso do carrinho, e logo depois ter que voltar todo o caminho pra devolver. Ao entrar no flat estava tudo impecável, super bem equipado, com toalhas extras , utensílios suficientes para +10 pessoas, espaçoso , muito limpo. Vi alguns comentários falando que o condomínio estava mal cuidado, etc. Porém achei o jardim lindo , o parquinho para as crianças estava impecável, tinha sempre alguém recolhendo o lixo, varrendo... A piscina limpa , bem cuidada e com um guarda vida sempre a postos. Com certeza voltaria!!

A cama não oferece o conforto esperado para uma noite de sono tranquila. O sofá-cama também não é confortável. O boxe do banheiro estava quebrado, mas "deram um jeito", com o boxe ficando o tempo todo aberto, sem poder fechar. Fomos em 4 pessoas e não havia uma cama auxiliar. Se comporta até 5 pessoas, por que não tem uma mesa de jantar? De resto, o apartamento é ótimo, mas, precisam melhorar.

O condomínio no geral e muito bom. Sobre o flat deixou a desejar com relação a utensílios de cozinha, outro ponto e sobre a questão do calor, como não tem ar-condicionado na sala o ideal menos era ter um ventilador disponível.
