Like most properties in this chain, everything was nice and clean. But this particular room had THREE design flaws: 1) I had to move the nightstand in order to fully open the bathroom door to keep it out of the way during the night. Otherwise I would run into it. This left the door pinned against its rubber stopper by the nightstand. 2) The shower stall had no lip, so water leaked all over the floor. 3) The towel racks and toilet paper dispenser were installed too high for able-bodied adults - I don't see how a wheelchair-bound guest could use them at all. If I ever stay at this property again, I'll specify any room BUT one that's handicapped accessible. I honestly don't see how a wheelchair-bound guest could use this supposedly accessible room, or be safe on the wet floor caused by the poor shower design.

As expected the Staff was Friendly and Professional, the room was very nice ,spacious and Clean. The bed was comfortable and pillows were better than the ones I have at home..

staff was courteous, breakfast was simple but good and unrushed, room was comfortable.

Staff was incredible. Suite was huge--might have been too much room, but still nice to come back to after working in the area. Everything was great except for the lack of modernizations--the great Staff made up for it, though.

Stayed in king room w kitchen very roomy. Hotel staff very helpful in accommodating toddler. Would recommend.

The room was extremely clean. The service and amenities were in the best tradition of a Hilton associated property. The breakfast buffet was probably the best of the type in terms of both selection and quality. The attention paid by the staff to a special situation that develop will cause me to write the general manager to praise them.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The hotel was clean and well kept, the staff was very friendly and willing to assist us with any problem and the room was perfect for our needs which included one handicapped member of the family. The complimentary breakfast was great and there was even a menu for the evenining snacks on the refrigerator. There was one minor issue with a faint but lingering odor in the parking lot. Perhaps we were down wind of the papermill which gives Papermill Road its name. Even so I would gladly stay here again on my next trip to the area

The rooms are very nice, but I especially liked the free hot breakfast with many choices. The scrambled eggs one day and the quiche the next were very flavorable.

Staff was friendly and responsive. Room was clean and quiet. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. Good breakfast; and dinner is included most days! This place is a great deal if you plan to take advantage of the meals.

Our room was ont he 3rd floor, fine, but just to get out of the building, was a hike. It wasn't kid friendly at all. They were able to do anything, but watch TV, unless we were right by their side, which was fine, but kids get bored, and this hotel didn't have anything for them to do. When we went to get out of the showers, the towels were filty. The whole room, needed to be cleaned properly. Very unclean.

I use this hotel because there is never a problem and the rooms are first class.
