Pros: The place has been renovated a year ago from what the staff said. It was clean. The staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast was very good. There was a amall pool and hot tub but we did not use it. The room was spacious with a separate bedroom and livingroom. The bathroom was another story, see why in below description. Cons: there is one light in the livingroom at the side of the couch a few feet above with 2 very bright and very white bulbs that are probably 5000 Kelvin. I prefer a soft white 2700K light that is more relaxing. That was the only light in the livingroom. There was one recessed light above the microwave coffee counter of the same brightness and color. THE BATHROOM was the big deal breaker. Open tje door and the toilet is right in front of you, the sink to the right, and the walk in shower to the left behind the door while open. In order to close the door to acess the shower entrance you have to SQUEEEEZE between the dor know end of the door and the counter. This may be impossible for a larger person. Then while in the bathroom with the door closed there is about a 2 1/2' x 2 1/2' area to stand. It is the smallest bathroom and poorly design I have ever seen in a hotel toom. One more foot wider would make it way more usable. The TV in the livingroom had a terrible picture. The one in the bedroom a bit better but the broadcasting cable was like old school quality, no HDTV signal.

On the positive side, the hotel was clean, breakfast was fantastic, (fresh ground coffee; freshly made pancakes!), and it was conveniently located. However, the room was not designed properly, particularly the bathroom! The shower stall was a nice touch, but I the bathroom itself was incredibly small, and I don’t know how an elderly or overweight individual would be able to comfortably use it! Additionally, we had to travel through a maze of hallways to finally get to our room, which also a pain to deal with. In spite of the positives of this hotel, I don’t think I would stay at this property again.
