The room smelled terrible. We asked for a room that had not been soiled and smelled up by pets and they could not help us. The shower curtain was falling down and the rod was coming off the wall. The shampoo dispenser did not work.

While the front desk staff was friendly and the room was clean, several issues made the stay less enjoyable. The elevator was out of service, which was inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. The room was set up for two guests but only provided one set of towels, requiring an extra request. Additionally, the overall facility feels dated and in need of modernization. With some upgrades and attention to guest amenities, this hotel could offer a much better experience.

Needs a thorough cleaning. I wiped dust and mold out of a fan that was in the wall between rooms. The tub had a long hair in it, prior to my using it. Cleaning solution or Fabreze was so heavy in the air, I started wheezing. We had stayed at this hotel before with no problem except perfumes lobby. Now it’s in the rooms. Please use fragrance free cleaners and launder with fragrance free products.

Great Staycation

Everything was good. It was nice staycation with a reasonable cost. My only complaints were the temperature was a little chilly it was freezing in the livingroom but comfortable in the bedroom The stove with the wall timer could use instruction I never saw that before Measuring cups might be a good addition These are minor concerns though I’d definitely stay again

Filthy carpet bad odor/unhealthy

First night coughed all night. The carpet in the room is filthy with what could very well be dog poop stains. The smell was very bad. Had to buy boxes of baking soda and sprayed my body spray to tolerate. Got very nauseous while staying there. Didn't want to lose money so tolerated. Had to go to front desk for toiletries. Shouldn't have to keep asking if the stay was for 5 nights. Noisy, from banging doors to guests over my head on the top floor. My allergies went bonkers. For $130/night, the carpet should be clean and room not filthy. Most hotels dont use rugs anymore because of health problems. Luckily allergy pills were packed. Carpet was so filthy, had to keep wiping the bottom of the shoes because they were so dirty and sticky from walking around the room! It was very bad!
The stain was everywhere:sticky and smelled like dog poop!
Open box of baking soda to help with the odor! Didn't help much

Staff was super friendly. Rooms were well stocked with supplies. Hallways and common areas were clean and smelt really good. There is a small essentials store in the lobby which was very convenient.
