The staff were very rude. Instead of trying to figure out if my aunt had a reservation, they attempted to put her out of the hotel. Thank goodness the representative who i made the reservation with was able to correct the issue. The staff also did not speak English well and had a hard time understanding myself and my family who needed a room.
