This was a wonderful setting for a getaway. Other than being next door to the hosts, there is really no contact with other people. And the hosts do an excellent job of being available as needed and also giving you plenty of space. It's also a great place to get in some beautiful hill walking through cow country. I highly recommend!

We enjoyed our nice, quiet weekend in the country. We saw lots of cattle and a few deer. The hosts were great with communication. The little apartment was cute and comfortable. We were greeted by the cats every day, which is great because we miss ours when traveling. Maker’s Mark Distillery was only a few minutes drive.

Location is remote but very easy to find with GPS and very convenient to our destinations. Very clean, well equipped and well maintained rental. This is a very good rental!

This was absolutley perfect for my husband and I. Beautiful property and location. Even with it being close to the main house we still felt like we had tons of privacy. Loved the stray cats, the deer that greeted us almost everytime we left and returned. Thanks again for the wonderful stay.

This was an excellent stay. Kellie obviously takes great pride in hosting - everything was as pictured and in great condition. The space was great for 2 people. We enjoyed the seclusion and quiet. Yes, the property is a drive, but worth it for the quite and value! We had stayed in a similar property elsewhere and were concerned about the heat, but the heaters were great, and actually added to the ambiance!

Bourbon trail stay

Great little place for couples , near several distilleries, amazing star filled skies away from light pollution. Would recommend and stay again.

My husband and I listed our home for sale and needed to be away for the weekend. We were also looking for a pet-friendly place, and this spot was perfect. It’s peaceful, tucked away from the busy areas, and we even saw some deer during our stay. One evening, the cats came by to visit us too, which was such a sweet touch. Highly recommend!

Bourbon trail hidden gem

This place was off the beaten path in a great way! It was so scenic and we loved the peace and beauty. They had anything you could think of for your stay. It’s perfect for two people!

We had a wonderful stay. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive. Out in the country, but easy drive to all things bourbon. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this location.
