The Google map to this hotel is very wrong and shows you arrived several miles away in the middle of nowhere in the highway. I called hotel and this is a known problem. They said just map to McDonald’s, because the hotel is near it. The pool has very dim lighting, so it’s a bit unsettling to swim after dark. I couldn’t really tell for sure if the pool was clean. Nice otherwise!

The phones were down when we arrived. The walls were so thin that we could not sleep because the people staying next to us were loud while they were having intercourse. I had 4 kids with me, one pre-teen and 3 teens. My poor kids were traumatized from hearing all the inappropriate sounds coming from the room next door. Imagine having to explain that to a 12 year old little girl. That was horrible!

Very dissapointed with our stay here. I booked at this location due to the amount of “Great” reviews it has and big mistake. From the moment we drove in, the property did not have much lighting. We checked in at midnight and got our room which was pleasant. At 2:30am they decide to do housekeeping in the room above and next to us and the amount of noise was ridiculous given the time. They kept clicking the switches so much it woke up my toddler. THEN to top it off the fire alarm goes off at 5:45AM and there was no fire. The employee in front desk turns out was the one that set it off due to the smoke from “breakfast”. He said he didn’t know if a fire was going on and that he was the only one prepping and handling the front desk. Terrible experience. Will not be booking at this chain ever. Not worth the 7 hours we spent there. What a scam.
