Saiyuan residence is perfect, convenient, pool is nice, staff are wonderful. Close to the gym I was training at. The local eateries were delicious. The balcony with a sea view was a dream.

Jeg var på dette hotel i højsæson og det var derfor meget dyrt - måske bærer min oplevelse præg af dette. Men har virkelig ikke noget godt og sige om dette sted. Jeg var der en uge og fik gjort mit værelse rent to gange fordi jeg selv bad om det, den ene dag bad jeg om det 3 gange før det skete. Ting var i stykker og generelt var personalet sløve og ikke så hjælpsomme. Området er dårligt og meget udsat.

Hotel along a busy road

When we arrived we did not like the area, very busy road just outside the entrance. We did not read properly about the location of the hotel. It is not located in Rawai beach, but 10-15 minutes direction Phuket city, with the local bus. But when we learned to know the area, we found some nice restaurants, and spots. No spots nearby, but its possible to walk or take a bus. They rent out scooters everywhere. There is not any beach in the area, we took the locsl bus to Nai Harn beach, aprox 30 minutes The hotel is ok, very simple, bed was good, small bathroom with enough hot water. Small terrace with two small chairs and a table. A fridge and a waterboiler. AC was a bit noisy, but not all the time. We had a room in 5th floor, very nice view to the sea. They cleaned the room every day, and gave us 2 bottles of water. In the backyard they had a small pool. We will not stay there for a whole vacation again, but we will visit som locals we learned to know, for two to three days
