Aside from a few initial misunderstandings, the stay was positive. The house is a little dated but perfectly functional, and certainly in one of the best locations in Baan Bua. James is a good, friendly, and helpful person, and the housekeeping is regular, albeit typically Thai.I recommend staying here.
