Verified traveler

I was not able to find the property as the directional map provided by Expedia took me to a beach with no buildings. Additionally the number provided in the reservation did not answer even after 5 attempts and after calling Expedia and being transferred to the umbrella property owner based in Singapore they did not give adequate directions to the local taxi driver. I had to stay in about hotel and was not offered a refund.
