What an amazing resort. Superbly suited for families with young children. It’s an absolutely huge resort. We stayed in the villas which are scattered along the pristine white sandy beach of the resort. There’s many swimming pools available and the kids pool is shaded which is a bonus especially at temperatures soaring 50degrees. The facilities for kids are really good. The kids club “Tree House” was very good and our children loved it. Especially the pizza making session. We had half board and the restaurants food selection was very very good and always something different on offer daily. We had a double room villa and the room was absolutely huge in comparison to other 5star hotels. The bathroom was very neat and had a shower as well as a full size bath. The toiletries were by Peter Thomas Roth so very luxurious. Room service was amazing. Every time we were out our room would be cleaned with towels etc changed. The service was very good and quick. Whenever we needed anything a quick phone call and presto someone would be at your service in a flash. All in all we would definitely stay at this hotel again if we ever visit Ras Al Khaimah. And highly recommend it to families with young children.
I just want to say a massive thank you to this beautiful resort for making my stay so special. Special thanks to the Azzedine who went about and beyond for me and my family. Special thanks to Cheryl at concierge who made my stay very special. This resort is just above and beyond word. Beach front location only 1 hour 10 mins away from DXB, and perfect for families. The food is delicious as well fruits were my favourite so cold and perfect for the weather 45 degrees. Thank you so much for my stay I will definitely be back 😊 Loads of pictures I have on my page @ worldwidetravelarrangements on instagram check it out.
Stayed for 10 days the room pool and food were absolutely superb. The service was fantastic and the holiday overall was perfect. Everything at the resort was great. The only thing for us was the heat our fault not checking it was too hot but the resort was faultless.
I was surprised how SAE hotel can execute all-inclusive concept - finally, it's ok. I was in many SAE hotels in past and it was annoying to have just breakfast and after that point had to order and pay for everything. Check in was quick (if you do not prefer long rides, fly to Ras Al Khaimah airport directly, it can be up to 2 hours of the ride - depending on traffic from Dubai). Sea view rooms are a nice addition, but every room of this hotel is nice. Maybe if you want to spend more money try villa part of this hotel with more privacy. Beds were comfortable, daily cleaning service fine, complimentary daily bottles of water and coffee + tea maker in the room. Wi-fi was fine, but if you are not HH guest you will have to pay for it or use lobby one, which is free. To be honest, in present time, it is but downgrade not to have free wifi in the whole hotel. Breakfast / lunch / dinner buffet was amazing with huge variety and finally tasting great - they offer even a pork. Roasted turkey, beef goulash, plenty of salads and finger foods etc. Thanks to the chefs here - have such great tasting food for such a huge all-inclusive buffet is a great job! Buffet areas are bit overcrowded - so plan you visit in sooner hours. Hotel pools are amazing, warm water and plenty of shades from real palm trees. I have a complaint about sunbeds - everything was reserved with no people showed for hours from early hours. The hotel should really add more beds and umbrellas or execute f.e. 1-hour abandoned policy = removed everything and bed are free etc. Pool bars is nice - plenty of free mocktails and cocktails, beverages and alcohol). You are going to see a lots of "bad" people here - you see just an eyes from these women. Sea was clean, warm as well with a lifeguard on duty, but once again no free sunbeds - everything is occupied from 6-7am. The hotel provides a daily shuttle to Dubai 600 AED or private limousine (700 AED) which was very nice and my mother liked it. Few overpriced shops with tourist "you do not need it" things are around the hotel lobby. In average it was very nice to stay and we are going to return for sure.
This resort is about 1 hour away from Dubai and is located in a really quiet area with it's own beach. We stayed here for 2 the fist 2 weeks of August 2017. We were greeted on arrival by Richard, one of the concierges, and from the moment we stepped out of the coach till we left, he was always there to make sure we were okay and that we received whatever service we needed. He always greeted us with a smile and I noticed lots of times how he interacted with other families too and made their children feel at ease. He always went beyond the call of duty and that made us really feel welcome in a strange city. There are 5 Restaurants I believe but we only used the Maarid which was absolutely brilliant. They have a buffet service for breakfast, lunch and dinner but it was always a great spread. Of course it does become monotonous after about a week as you can only have so much variety. You can get omelettes made to your specification an the Chinese guy who makes it is absolutely fabulous. There were always lots of fruits, gluten free food, organic food and a continental and local breakfast. Lunch and Dinner was also a major feast with several different dishes been provided at each meal time. The room we had was on the 4th floor and ocean facing. It was bliss. Our rooms were cleaned by Ishfaq, who made it even more interesting by making 'towel animals' whenever he cleaned our rooms. He made my teenage son laugh the second day we were there when he placed my sunglasses on the towel dog he had made. Ishfaq was always very courteous and respectful, always asking if everything was okay and if we needed anything. He also made sure we had enough water to drink everyday. He is an asset to the Hilton. Zerin Ido, the Virgin Holidays Rep, is the best ever rep I've met in all my travels. She cared for and catered for all her clients to the highest of standards. She was always reacheable and no question was to silly for her - she answered with patience and lots of knowledge and when she wasn't sure, she would find out and get back to us as quickly as possible. She really made our stay fun and her enthusiasm about the tours were more than enough to make us want to go on them. Would definitely return just to see her again and catch up on what's been happening out there.
Stayed in the Hilton Resort and Spa in RAK for a week, which is a resort I like to highly recommend. We had a fantastic stay, nice quality of food (go all-inclusive), wonderful beach, nice pool areas around the resort (recommended the cooled pool by the chalets), fully equipped gym with classes and PT:s. What make this Hilton stand out is the staff, they are so attentive and service minded. Lobby Dome lounge From Krishna, Noel, Monika and Luchie cleona and sharah Rashed, life guard, by the cooled pool, Laxman an Eby, bar service in Dhow bar, Ashelya, Rovlin and Mamun in the buffet Maarid restaurant, Cherryl reception, Richard doorman, Summet room maintenance, and the list goes on. So enjoy your stay at Hilton Resort and Spa in RAK!!!!!
If you are looking for a 5 star beach resort and spa with superior (genuine) friendly customer service, this is the place for you. My husband and I live hectic lives and were looking for a chill out weekend with style, beach, good ; food, gym, water sports and spa and of course service. We got that and more. From the minute we handed over our car keys we could feel the difference. The whole atmosphere was relaxed with an extremely genuine hospitable attitude from all staff. There is just something special about the ambiance there and it is unique and very enjoyable. We were upgraded to a Chalet #839 was great with a perfect view and a later checkout was given for free so I could complete the water aerobics class-a really good experience from a clearly well qualified instructor . The beach bay is particularly pretty . It's natural formation rather than man -made enables some tidal movement so the sea is not dead still, something we prefer. A mountain scape in the background presents another unique feature, truely beautiful. Kenan on the front gave us the best welcome, Vishnu at the pool bar served drinks with a great smile and good conversation and Sabri on the front desk checked us out with the efficiency of a true hotelier professional. Thank you guys for a wonderful long weekend stay. We will back!
Extremely bad experience, I don't recommend anyone to book there, carpet extremely dirty, toilet seat had spots on it, bath tub was dirty, ac was 33 C, we were feeling hot, asked for late check out and booked accordingly but they didn't assist, they actually lied, very rude manager, the floor of the room was sticking as if coke was on it, no staff around, they don't answer calls from room, they hang up in ur face after u waited for so long for an answer, the worst experience ever, never to book in this hotel and definitely won't recommend. And all people from ras alkhaimah we asked them they said it's the worse.
A very enjoyable stay with my wife and daughter. The room was well-priced. The pool area was a real hit with my nine-year-old daughter. We loved the salt water pool. We went to the buffet on the first night and the food was delicious, but we felt it to be too expensive. It cost us around 500 AED for three of us including one alcoholic beverage. We did visit the Italian restaurant too where the service was great and the food was equally good which was about half the price, though we only drank water. On the whole I'd say it's a great hotel to be in and enjoy the facilities. I'd definitely consider going back for a short break.
