We had a great time and hopefully come again when possible. The hotel is so nice and if you are looking for a place to relax this is it! The views in the morning and at night are beautiful. We had a sea view room and from our balcony we had gorgeous views. We made some lively memories. Thank you all at the RAK resort and spa.
I've been there 3 times so far, its one of my favourite hotels. the atmosphere is so chill. you forget for a moment that you are still in UAE, and you think you are in a nice tropical island, the rooms are amazing and comfortable. it has 4 or 5 pools not sure but the best one is the salt water pool, The beach is good and clean, food is average, Staff are friendly.
really nice clean and welcoming hotel with a nice safe beach. the food was first class but as we stayed on a half board basses found the drink to be over priced at £4 for a small bottle of water compared to 10 pence at the the local supermarket which is only a short taxi ride away
Hilton Ras Al Khaimah resort & Spa is the best hotel I have ever visited in terms of the service guests receive. If there were 10 stars for service this hotel would get it. Staff ensure guests have the time in resort, with smiles all day long. Nothing is too much for the staff so just ask, and you will receive great service in return. I fully recommend the all inclusive package as this will take away any worries of having to purchase drinks and food in resort - especially in Dubai heat, you will definitely drink and eat your monies worth. There are a nice variety of cocktails in the all inclusive package and resturants to eat from. The restaurant manager in the buffet, is an absolutely star. The most pleasant restaurant manager we have ever known and will ensure your needs are met. Ensure to let him know if you have any allergies so the team can ensure you are okay to eat there. The outdoor pools are lovely and big and the hotel doesn't feel crowded due to the large number of sun beds and different pools. The beach is huge and private too - what more could you want?! After visiting the hotel 4 times, and my parents have visited now 10 times, we will absolutely be returning and urge everyone else to try it too. We really hope when we go back the pool bar (Deck Bar) has fans for the pool staff as it is too hot for them to stand in all day constantly giving the best service to guests. Nek is amazing - so smiley and helpful. A very special stay, relaxing, with delicious food and drink with the BEST service. Thank you so much to all the staff who made our holiday so wonderful! Kelly Family.
My Husband and I have just returned from our second, two-week break at the resort and again cannot fault it. The beaches are sprawling and for the quiet, relaxing holiday we look for they are perfect. We also spent some of our time in the adult-only pool, something we have never done being beach bums but again found it really relaxing. Food at all restaurants is fantastic, although we thought Pura Vida was even better than our previous visit. The new Jordanian Chef is absolutely amazing (as is the BBQ Chef) and the staff made each of our visits there fantastic - thank you Earge, Beebek, Janice and Apple! The Italian restaurant was also excellent but Pura Vida just had that edge (sorry Dhiraj and Nikhil !!!). The main restaurant was also excellent, with a huge array of different foods. Faruk is our absolute superstar with Granny and Rolvin close seconds! They all looked after us impeccably. I think our review absolutely illustrates that it is the amazing staff which makes this resort outstanding. Krishna, the bar manager even booked the taxi to take us back to the airport - absolutely brilliant!! We will be returning!
Incredible place! Incredible staff! Always so helpful couldbt do enough for you! Just amazinggg! Beautiful hotel! The food was just lush! The pool area was spotlessly clean! Would go there again in a heartbeat!
This was our 4th stay at the Raz with another couple of friends, we had a fantastic time in particular a special mention to Mia and JK for their above and beyond the call of duty service and friendship. A special mention is also worthy to the Bar Supervisor Krishna who on hearing our dislike of the All Inclusive Becks Beer, imediatly allowed us to have Fosters for the rest of our stay. This is more remarkable when you think I wrote and complained about the Beck Beer following the last two visits and had the standard fob off regarding more guests than me and had to cater to all not individuals, well it is a thank you to Krishna for sorting a problem in minutes that an army of emails and back room staff dismissed for three years.
We stay at the resort for 2 days for my wife birthday celebration it was exceed our expectation at 10 to 10. Upon arrival concierge Moktan was took our bags from the cab and it was derived within 5 minutes which I was not except so quick. Our check in was so fast one minute which I never had entire my life ,I would like to thank Ms. Chen. The suite 3342 was nice to see the view of sea from the balcony, On the day of her birthday the front office team was sent us cake so nice, I had request for rose flower which was not available in the hotel however guest relation manager Ms. Irina did extra mile to arrange to the flower it was really countable thank you from my heart to her, breakfast was nice with lots of choices, housekeeping service was good room was clean and tidy. Check out was so quick with amazing smile Ms. Elvira retunes invitation given for sure we will stay again , I will recommendation to my friends & family to stay here. To visit RAK Hilton Resort and Spa is the best among the rest.
This is a very clean and beautiful place. Perfect for those looking for sun, sea and relaxation. It took us just under and hour in the transfer from DXB airport and around an hour and a half to Dubai mall in a private taxi - this cost us around 750/800 AED for 10 hours. I would definitely recommend hiring a private driver as they get you there much quicker than the complimentary bus and will take you wherever you want to go. The bus also doesn't give you enough time in Dubai. The resort is beautiful will lots of lovely pools. We were upgraded to a beach villa as we requested adjoining rooms and there were none available during our stay. The food is good quality but can become a bit repetitive as most buffets do, but there really is something for everyone. Now for the bad points. We arrived at 11am (which is when breakfast finishes) and we had been travelling for 24 hours and weren't offered anything to eat at all. We also were only offered continental breakfast on our day of departure as we were leaving at 6:30 and breakfast opens at 7 - even though they were putting cooked breakfast out whilst we were there, we were not aloud to touch it. Also the tiles floors in the villa were never cleaned and our feet were constantly dirty from walking on them. However the rest of the villa was very clean. Another bad point is that it is very expensive there, it was approx £8 a pint and £10 a cocktail. The XO bar does a 2-4-1 from 7-9. They also put a 10% service charge on everything and this can make the holiday very expensive - especially if you are not all inclusive. We were offered all inc but thought it was very pricey. So we stayed half board - we still found that we didn't spend as much as what they wanted for all inc upgrade so we saved a lot of money (depends how much you drink). We really did have a lovely stay here and I would recommend staying here, with a visit into Dubai to see the burj khalifa, the fountains, aquarium, Atlantis hotel and burj al Arab ( we did this all in one day).
This is our 6th visit and had a fantastic time, very relaxing and great place to stay. Staff are extremely hardworking and friendly and make your stay most pleasurable. Although this hotel is a little out of the way there are complimentary buses to nearby malls.
