Very professional staff and customer oriented resident manager. The overall ambiance is great with good in house food. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and housekeeping facilities are great. The bathroom misses a bathtub though. Overall an enjoyable trip with family
Buffet was good, Staff in acacia restaurant was good, but reception staff was pathetic. The staff who assisted me didn't have time to brief about the rules, because of that I missed to get beverages in beach resort as I was not wearing tag. Sanjay bartender in beach resort was rude fellow, he didn't care to talk to me. I'm not so happy with customer service of this 4 star
Hi; Overall its very good and i should rate this hotel "Excellent" but one thing you need to improve and that is "Room Service" the room service is not so good, That's why i have rated the hotel on "Average" so please improve this service
A lovely experience. Enjoyed their promos. A very lovely and freindly staff . Amazing food. Amazing pool access . Clean water . They play lovely music and they even have timely activities like dart , aqua zumba. A good place for family and friends . Worth the money
The location is in a remote area Is you don't have a car forget it. The hotel is acceptable but pretty old ....room service was not tested. Some rooms had a bad smell as I rented three rooms. Check in and out was fast .
Summer vacations are here and everyone is wondering how to keep their children busy or seeking for an option to go out but the aggressive weather in Dubai these days has left us with no other option but to stay at home or any indoor place. Still Dubai humans are lucky enough that they have plenty of indoor option to avail and staycations are one of them. Specially when UAE hotels and resorts has many special summer offers and rates, perfect for taking a break without leaving UAE I have been to rasulkaimah last weekend for a staycation in one of the collection of hotels of Bin Majid. It was my first time to travel all the way from Dubai to Rasulkaimah all alone in last thursday, since it was a working day and my was supposed to join me in evening after work. It took me like 1 hour to reach and GPS was my friend all the way to the hotel Acacia. This modern 4 star hotel is tucked away few minutes from the coast and right alongside the Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone. Upon entering to the hotel, the lobby instantly caught your attention although its not huge but hanging chandelier and a huge flower vase adore the whole place in a chic style. The check-in was as smooth as butter but no one was to accompany me to my room so I had to drag my luggage myself, no worries I had just one bag pack with me. My room was at 9th floor, it was junior suit comprised of two room. One being a reception area and the other had comfy crisp white bed plus a study suitable for corporate travelers. Both the room were equipped with LCD to keep you entertained. After keeping my stuff in the wardrobe which you see right after entering in the room, I lounged on the sofa and plan for the rest of the day. The bathroom was clean and loaded with toiletries of your personal convenience After browsing everything in my room, I made my move to their Garden Brew Cafe for late lunch and had delicious grilled salmon. The best part about this cafe apart from service and food quality, they are accommodating in customizing food other than the menu. Isn’t it amazing and its rare to see in hotels as they prefer to just follow their menu.I went back and took a quick beauty nap to reset my senses for the date dinner with my husband. Our dinner was arranged in the other property of Bin Majid in Pebbles at The Beach Hotel. To know about my experience there click at Pebbles. We returned home with happy tummy and slept on the spacious bed like babies. After a deep sleep we ushered to the ground level for our breakfast in Al Nakhla right opposite to the Garden Brew Cafe. I could see happy face there with families, coming to indulge in breakfast buffet. From customized eggs to assorted breads, international variety to Arabic spread, there is something for everyone to have a filling breakfast. You can find many other amenities in this property like Jacuzzi, gym and spa with one Japanese restaurant at the basement level. I was there for one night stay so couldn’t avail the opportunity to avail these facilities but there is always the next time. The pool side is under renovation at the moment but am sure once its complete you can enjoy sitting there and splash up some fun in the swimming pool. The hotel was courteous enough to let us check out late, after Friday’s prayers we took our lunch again in Garden Brew Cafe and made our way happily to Dubai after relaxing stay in Acacia.
the Idea of using other resort facilty was great as the whole amily can enjoy the beach and swiming pool with aqua the meal plan was one of atractive ideas the value of mony was good the Gym and spa were fine in place
We spent a few days at the Acacia having spotted a deal online while having an unexpected few days off work. Some of the previous reviews have been quite disparaging, and yes it's not 5-star quality, yes it's in the middle of an industrial estate and yes the service can be a bit slow, BUT, we paid Dh299 a night, all inclusive for two people. That included access to the nearby Bin Majid beach resort and free shuttle bus, three meals a day, unlimited pool bar snacks at said beach resort, water sports, and all drinks, soft and otherwise till 11pm. We actually concluded this was probably cheaper than staying in Dubai while I was off work and extended our stay. The dinner in the main buffet restaurant was perfectly adequate, if not awe-inspiring, and we splashed out on a tasty a la carte at the Korean downstairs one night too. We also spent an evening down at the beach resort, where I can recommend the beach party and the Zulu Bar, and popped into the club at the Acacia one night, which was delightfully surreal. I won't even try and explain, but have a look. If we'd paid rack rate, sure, I may have been a bit underwhelmed, but at Dh149 a night each with everything thrown in, in a perfectly pleasant hotel, I'd bite their hand off again!
We recently visited this hotel. It was extremely underwhelming. The rooms were very small. There were rusted garden tools in the children's play area. The best feature was - it is close to Dreamland Aqua Park.
I came a bit scare in the beginning because the hotel is located in the middle of no where, literally but the conditions of the room itself and hotel are amazing. I enjoy the pool which was quite chill perfect for the high temperature, the food at the restaurant was incredible delicious, breakfast(different depending of the morning) and dinner which was international on a wednesday. i will definitely congrats to the hoel for the good service and as well the resort by the beach is free access so by car 6 minutes you are there, lovely pool, view, the sea was a bit dirty but we enjoy a lot. thanks for this days. Giving big recommendation about you for sure
