Vast family home, tranquil hillside location with Pacific views

Our lovely home has been fully modernised, and is suitable for a large family or group of friends. The house is very spacious, and can comfortably sleep 8, with a sofa bed for an additional 2 if needed. The kitchen has new appliances, the 2 bathrooms are brand new, and there is a third separate toilet. The location is elevated on the hillside above the airport, and adults and kids alike will enjoy watching the planes come and go. Although located away from the hussle and bustle, it is less than 10 minutes to Avarua township and 7 minutes to a swim at Black Rock. The large deck provides a restful location to relax, read a book, have a beer or cocktail, and enjoy the views and sunsets. For rainy days, the lounge is spacious and equipped with a large flatscreen tv and a wide selection of movies and programs, as well as board games and cards. Wifi is available on a user pays basis.

The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and an electric kettle.
