Tucked away on a quiet circular drive off the main street, this home is minutes from Downtown Cary, Wake Med, Lake Pine, and NC State. Enjoy tranquil mornings and evenings surrounded by pine trees in this well-cared-for home, purchased in 2024 to serve as a second home for the owners and a thoughtfully furnished short-term rental.
The main living area is open and bright, with bamboo floors throughout. The primary bedroom features a brand new king bed and an adjacent bathroom, while two additional bedrooms offer flexibility with a queen bed and a king bed that can be separated into twins. With GGL Fiber, You Tube TV, and basic amenities provided, it's the perfect place for remote work or relaxation.
The backyard is fully fenced with a 4-ft fence and is very private and quiet. Trees surround the property, And while there are a few backyard neighbors we rarely if ever see them. The back deck is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage of choice. We have a brand new grill on the deck and plan to add additional seating on the lawn very soon.
